Cyber Vexation

One of the main reasons why I change my phone a lot is because of pre installed apps. I get so angry when they don’t work. I mean how can you come with the phone and not be doing your work? It just annoys me. For those who don’t get me, imagine your phone coming with map or navigating app and then you are never able to use it so you have to download google maps. Worse of it all, it’s almost impossible to delete that app just because it came with the phone. Are you being serious right now? If you don’t want to get deleted then just do your job? Or you’re only here for decoration? Just let me know.

Oh! I just remembered this. You see those websites where you have to always sign up before you can access? Oh come on! This is why I like GoBrunch because you only need to register by putting in your name and you’re good to go. Deep down I know there are a lot of opportunities I have missed just because of this signup thing. So because I’m going to check something small, probably ask just a question or see one or two things, you’re asking me signup?

You know the annoying part? those websites will even ask for security questions and all. What has my mother’s maiden name got to do with a crochet pattern I’m trying generate? Bruh, just allow me to do that 2 seconds task I came here to do. I’ve realized that those apps would request for your email and then spam you unnecessarily. Knowing this, I also have a “spam-me” email. Always ready for them.

Still on the website brouhaha, these same websites will ask you for 500 clicks before you are able to do what you went there to do. “Hello Abenad, you’re welcome to gggg, click here to do this”. I click and the next pop up comes asking me to click another thing to do something else. You’ll be there thinking that’s all but then it’s just the beginning of another thousand clicks. If you don’t want me to access the website, tell me eh? What’s all that click this click that. Haven’t you done enough?

Let me end it with long forms. You see those agreements and license or whatever that most websites have? I’ve never really read them because ah! So small picture I want to generate, I should read 100 pages? My friend always say most of us have probably sold our souls without even knowing because we never read agreements before accepting.

Ahh! And you see those cookies? Especially when they are so long that they just fill the screen. Everyday accept cookies, accept cookies. We just have been accepting cookies since Adam and still been staying so hungry in this economy. I will just keep on hoping that one day one day, those cookies will be delivered and then I’ll enjoy them with chilled Coca Cola.
