The world we live in currently revolves around technology, which means, there are thousands of technical skills out there that people can have that will put food on their table while they make an impact in the lives of people.
I have been opportuned to work with different companies with some of the technical skills I have gotten overtime but there is still a skill that is paramount to my discipline which I have very little knowlegde about and I yarn to learn more of this skills.

Digital Marketing
Now, some people might think digital marketing is all about marketing things on social media, but its more than that. I started to discover the indept of digital marketing when I took a short course on it. I am a technical and content writer for my company, I assist the social media department but I know where I am lacking.
It's not about creating the content but marketing the content, and making it enter the right space is what I have been yearning to learn. I am more familiar with X fka Twitter, and little on facebook but when it comes to instagram!! I am lost.
The thing is, I am good at video editing, graphics, and some other digital - skills but marketing my creation is where the issue comes in. I have been working on it, taking course and watching videos. I am not saying I am poor or have no knowledge but having this skills will go a long way for me.
How would this skill improve my life.
My current revolves around this skills, imaging having good content creation skills, video editing skills, technical writing skills, and graphics skills but you don't know how to manage social media accound and push our contents to the right audience for them to see, then your skills are rendered useless.
Most of the job offers I get revolve around social media management while I assist in technical writing. If I am able to learn this skill properly, then my scope of landing different jobs will increase.
What's stopping me from learning.
I would say time, not like I can't create time to learn but I have so much on my table which I believe is getting too much for me currently and I need to rearrange myself if I really want to learn.
I have started but I don't see myself being serious about it but after restrategizing things, I believe I should be able to get a hang of this skills and understand the indept knowlegde of it.
