Some Smart Home Device I Experience

Hello Readers
Today I will be sharing a story of how I got to experience something so cool I never thought I would experience it in real life. How did it happen?

I was invited to one of my big brother's beach houses in Lagos State, more like a family friend, Big Brother. To get to the house, you have to go through a boat because the house is on an island. I was very excited because it had been a while since I stepped out to have fun.

When we went to the house, I went to the beach to take some pictures, then back into the house, and the experience blew my mind. It was late in the evening. I went onto the second-floor balcony, and as soon as I set my feet on the balcony, the light came on. I was shocked at first because I thought someone had put on the light. I went back into the room to see if anyone was in the room with me, but no one was. In a few seconds, the light went off on its own.

I went back to the balcony, and the light came on again, so I had to go tell my big brother what was going on. He had a good laugh, and I felt like a village boy.

He told me the balcony and other parts of the house have sensors to sense movement and turn on the light if anyone moves. I was surprised; he then took me to my room and asked me to clap twice. Pah Pah, I clapped, and the light went off. He did the same thing, and the light came on again.

It felt like magic to me then. I realized I can turn off the balcony light with a remote if I don't want the light on while I am on the balcony. When everyone was sleeping, I was on my bed, clapping twice to turn on and off my room light. There are times I clap twice to see if it would work; sometimes it works and other times it does not.

I love this light device because if I'm in the dark in my room and suddenly the light in my compound or house goes on by itself, I would know someone or something is inside my compound, and I can track the movement depending on how the light goes on.

I would like to have something like this if I have a house of my own in the future; it's just too amazing. "Pah Pah," light out.
