Dreaming Up: My Tech-Inspired Innovations To Make Life Easier

I had a long session of thoughts on what tech device I would love to build if I am given the chance and ability to. Growing up, I've imagined different tech products during difficult moments that today, I use them and feel things are a lot easier than before.

To be honest, I had a few ideas in my head of the tech devices I want to build but I don't know the name to call them. I got a little help to decide the devices names if ever I really get to build such devices, it's quite hard to do but this is me dreaming up!

From thinking about what could make my life easier to thinking about what the world could find useful, I came up with four tech-inspired innovations that would help me and you in the kitchen, the bedroom, in communication and fashion/business wise.

Smart Kitchen Assistants

I enjoy cooking meals, trying out new recipes, having my family and friends have a good taste of the meals I prepare. All that is amazing but I think the risk of not having the taste I want is unnecessary so I thought of something I could build for my kitchen.

What if I could create smart kitchen assistants? By kitchen assistants, I mean smart pots, pans and refrigerators. What would my smart kitchen assistants do? You may be asking, a whole lot to maximize my effort in having great tastes in my meals.

Smart pots and pans that would have a built-in device to adjust heat, cooking time and even the technique depending on the recipes I follow and ingredients I use. Imagine preparing rice and your pot stops taking heat at a time you have set for it.

I'll need a smart gas cooker to make this work so I could save gas and time when I'm in the kitchen or preparing more than one meal. The smart gas cooker will be set to go off once the pots and pans stops taking heat (the meal is ready for the next step).

Smart bed with built-in pain reliever and sleep stage regulators

I actually thought of my dad when I added the built-in pain reliever option as he would always come home from work feeling pains and too much tiredness. For the sleep stage regulator, I need it and I think the world would need this kind to sleep better.

A smart bed that will not only replace sleeping pills and pain killers, it would also help people build healthy sleeping patterns, improve sleep quality and duration. It will be a bed that only who wants to sleep and heal at the same time will make use of.

I've been sleeping a lot better recently but I can see a whole lot more that this bed would do if it exists or I'm able to build one. I believe the world needs it especially as we are on a fast living stage, a time to pause and heal within a good amount of time.

A Language translation earpiece

Maybe this one is a bit too much or unnecessary but it came to mind so why not I mention it as one. I've always admired people who are bilingual or multilingual, maybe it's because I'm not good in any other language aside English and pidgin.

I would love to build an earpiece that would not only be able to hear all kinds of languages, but also translate the languages instantly to the person wearing it. I have plan to build my communication skills when I thought of this, it will be a huge help.

The device will have buttons on it to help the listener decide what language and to what translation it should be. It will help my speaking and understanding skills wherever I find myself as the world has many languages and I can't possibly learn all.

AI-Powered and 3D printing Fashion machine

I'm still torn on whether this would be a threat or a blessing to fashion designers, I guess it depends on who uses it and what they decide to use it for but it's definitely going to take the job from some fashion designers. I want to make my own clothes.

Like a washing machine, a fashion designer machine would only need measurements inputs, the material to be used, design imagined using AI and activate to have a newly created fashion wear. Fashion designers could make use of this too.

I wonder how it would be possible but picture it, a machine that prints nice and neatly created wears for any occasion based on what you inputed into the machine system. Well, I think I should stop here with my dreaming. Do share yours!
