Every month in #Dreemport, there are always exciting things to look forward to. On of such is the monthly challenge and collaboration that take place with some other communities. This month is no different.

Dreemport And GoBrunch Collaboration

From the day the announcement post was released, I began to look forward to the planned collaboration between GoBrunch and Dreemport for the month of June. Just the thought of it was so exciting that I thought I should take a look at the platform.

Following the initial link provided by @penderis, I was prompted to sign up on Notion which I did, but couldn't get access to the post I needed to check out. Pen eventually sorted it out and I was happily waiting for 11th and 12th June to arrive.

The waiting was filled with a mixture of excitement due to the adventure that lies ahead. I never wanted to miss any part of the event. But, sometimes things don't go as planned.

World Building Expo

So, on Tuesday 11th June, 2024, I had an accident. I slipped and fell, and injured my right hand, and so was in a lot of pain, at the same time very far away from home. I wrote about this unfortunate incident in this post here.

I could only look forward to Day 2 of the world building expo.

So, logging in on Day 2 of the event, I knew I missed so much already. I listened as Peggy and Richard were talking about how amazed they were at the number of people that showed up for Day 1, over 268 they said.

I knew that I wanted to first of all visit tech-related rooms, before getting into any room that was mindset related, and then other fun activities.

Just when I thought I was getting ready to be blown away, I was indeed blown away as my network began to fluctuate and I couldn't hear anything anymore. As the problem persisted, I had to just breathe and let things be. Moreover, my hand was still hurting seriously. 😪

Hoping to still be able to access rooms much later, I returned and could only see myself receiving thanks for joining the event.

I have observed that another world building expo will take place in September this year. I already plan to attend, and I hope there won't be any issues when the time comes.

In the meantime, I would love to know what else we are going to do in this collaboration challenge. I know more info will drop soon.
