I have a favorite playlist called "Study". It's a playlist I have personally taken out time to compile. And the first of its kind since I started using Spotify ๐Ÿ˜Ž. A playlist of over a hundred songs ๐Ÿฅต

The reason for this playlist is because I found that in school it was really difficult to study because of the noise around. I stayed in the school hostel and the boys were always talking. Either arguing or playing loud music or just simply having a conversation that basically interupts me during my study time.

For this reason, I created a study playlist. I should add that I had always known and heard about Spotify, but for some reason I didn't download it. I think it was because I heard I had to subscribe before I could use the app.

And as a student at the time, I couldn't afford to be paying for an app subscription. It was even unthinkable and unheard of for my mum. And personally, the money I had available to me was just for feeding. Not subscribing to an app.

Even sometimes when I go home after my exams for holiday my mum still complains that I don't eat enough in school ๐Ÿ˜…

My Study playlist comprises of many genres of songs as long as it puts me in that state of focus and flow, I will immediately add it to my playlist.

Of such songs are Collide by Ed Sheeran, Counting Stars by OneRepublic, Past Lives by BORNS, Come & Go by ArrDee, Beggin' by Maneskin, The Feeling by Lost Frequencies and many more.

I will say since I stumbled on Spotify and realized that I could use the free version, I fell in love with that app. I realized I love music so so much, I even started listening to podcasts. My favorite podcast is What Now by Trevor Noah.

I find Trevor Noah to be a very interesting person. Who wouldn't? He is funny, intelligent and can captivate his audience when he speaks. First, he is a comedian, then he hosts the Daily Show until he left and now He started the What Now podcast.

I listen to him because he talks about anything and everything, from politics, to stories about himself, to his experiences, to things that happen on the news and on social media. His knowledge is versatile. And this is why I listen to his podcast.

Thank you for diving into my digital lifestyle with me ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ป

You never know until you try, you know. And then it seems most apps are softer with the fremium accounts these days. You can actually enjoy their products without premium to some extent. Will you ever consider trying out premium?

Yes oo. They are softer with the premium package.

I am definitely trying out their premium packages, from YouTube to chess.com to Spotify, and many more I haven't considered because I am not ready for their monthly expense.

We hope to hear about your experiences in the future. By the way, would you kindly consider supporting quality content in the community by joining our curation trail?

Oh I can totally relate with the too much noise around during study time and using music to create a barrier and focus ๐Ÿ˜…

A study playlist? And it works?
Iโ€™ve never had to study with playlistโ€ฆ I mean so far as thereโ€™s music, I donโ€™t be able to study

And I see you found my crush, Trevooorrrr!

Trevor is like my role model ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Oh I meant you found my crush๐Ÿ˜‚

Oh ๐Ÿ˜…
Nicee. I like him too, that's why I said he is like my role model ๐Ÿ˜…

Cool

Yes oo. It works

I never thought I could study with music too, but I had to try it because no matter how hard I tried to study under noise it never worked.

And a lot of the time I was never able to find a suitable place to study in my school. It's terrible. I remember walking around the whole school in search of a suitable place to study, but I didn't find.

That's when I had to start the habit of studying with a playlist or else I was gonna fail ๐Ÿฅน

What about the library

Great question! My school's main library feels like the most boring place to be. In addition, it's kind of a small place and gets filled too quickly.

I cannot be waking up so early in the morning to go and que at the main library.

So, there is kind of a lot of discomfort trying to get a place to study, when you eventually do, you might just be too exhausted to have a productive study time.

Ohhh thatโ€™s bad
