How having a laptop has added more meaning to my life in terms of productivity and happiness.
Owning a PC is a huge leap from where you are to where you want to be in this day and age.
I've had a laptop since 2019 when my parents first got me one. All I did personally with my laptop was to play PES from morning till night. I never thought beyond this. Like learning a skill or doing something economically productive.
Until I used the laptop to death. The hard drive got bad and so did the battery. It was now useless. I basically no longer had a working PC. It was so for a long while. I felt it only because I couldn't play games like I used to.
Then it got to a point where I needed to start thinking of being economically productive. I was getting older, and I started to realize the need of independence and financial stability. Then I started to really feel the absence of my laptop because when I try using my phone, I only get reminded that my laptop is the best for this sort of work.
Now I needed my laptop more than ever before after this realization. Then I started looking for ways to get my laptop fixed, changing the battery and the hard drive. I was eventually able to fix it after a long wait.
From the moment I got it fixed, up until now I am super grateful for my PC. I handled it with love and treat it with utmost care now 😂. When I initially got it I play games until it dies, I might not charge it for the longest time, I might even plug it and leave it plugged even after it's full. I did all sorts with it.
Since I fixed it, I have improved my touch typing. I have improved on how I used Canva for my designs. I even study with it in school and I found that I am more productive studying with my laptop than my phone. My researching even feels better doing it with my system.
Want to see a massive boost in your digital life? Get yourself a PC, don't get stuck using only your phone.
Cheers 🥂
