Hello, it's been a while since the last time I posted a coffee blog here. What's up? It's been a hectic month for me, but I hope you're also doing well at your end.
Right now, I am back here again to share another coffee blog I had this week with a friend. Actually, she is my friend since elementary but we haven't meet for years ever since high school. It has been around 10 years already that we haven't meet each other again. Now that we're adults and fending for ourselves without relying on our guardian's permission, we can now enjoy the liberty to do what we wanted.

And as the stars aligned in the skies for our schedules to be in-sync, we planned to hang out since it is her day off and I just finished my On the Job Training. It was to relax for her, and a call for celebration for me. Surely, a reunion it is!
The common place for meetups here is the mall since she's not familiar with the places here anyway, so we have chosen the easiest one. And we're like kids who have seen an ice cream truck when we finally saw each other. The happy kiddos back then are now stressed adults craving for coffee for an emotional support.
She asked me where we should buy a coffee, but I'm not that picky when it comes to coffee since I always prefer iced black or brewed, and rarely latte or frappucino. She then told me that she hasn't tried the coffee at Starbucks, and so I suggested that she should try it but she hesitated because it's expensive. Just make a critic afterwards if it is worth the price or not.
I lead the way, and she queued for us. I ordered Coffee Jelly Frappucino and she ordered the Chocolate Chip Cream Frappucino because she like chocolates.
I don't really like sweets but I have enjoyed this coffee. It is just the conversation with it that makes it more worth what you have paid for. We have a lot to catch up with from the years which we haven't seen and communicated each other. Sometimes, no matter how strong the blend of the coffee is, they all tastes the same because I'm just alone with my books. It is still different if you are enjoying it with a company, especially with a special someone. The bitterness or sweetness becomes more tolerable to your taste buds if you enjoy chatting with a friend more that you can't even hear that you're only sipping ice cubes on your cup.
A little while later, she has been in dilemma if she would order a slice of their chocolate cake or not. When I turned to check it out, I saw the cheesecake and I was almost tempted to try. We've been in a moment of deliberations but ended up saying few reasons not to. In the end, we went out of Starbucks not sure of how the coffee tasted like but sure enough, we went left immediately because we're trembling from the freezing room temperature inside.
And that's the end of another coffee story of mine. Thanks for reading my blog!
