My Traditional Coffee

Hi guys, today I went out as usual to replenish some things that had run out at home and guess what, among those, coffee, besides I wanted to buy some ingredients for a recipe I wanted to cook for today, I took the opportunity and went to the popular market that is close to home; there you can get from spices and other things, including a variety of different presentations of coffee powder for home preparation. In one of those places where I make my usual purchases, they had received a new coffee that they recommended to me very well and it is the "Café del Sur", whose characteristics are that of being a gourmet coffee, roasted and ground; to try it I decided to buy the 250 g. presentation.

I was "thirsty" for coffee, since I had barely had a little bit of a little bit that I had left, which for me was nothing ha, ha, ha, ha, used to drinking my two cups of coffee in the mornings. So, arriving from the market, I took out my purchases and my precious new coffee and I set out to prepare it to see if it was really as good as it was recommended. I am one of those people who like to prepare coffee in a very traditional way, as my grandmothers do in my
country, with their little pot of water placed on the fire, in their strainer, which is synonymous of tradition in these lands, at home, this is how we like to drink our coffee, because the smell that it gives off at the moment of being manually strained is unequaled, here I show you my daily process of preparing my coffee.

After I brew my coffee, I feel happy and fulfilled when I drink my good cup of coffee, sometimes I even repeat ha, ha, ha, ha and today I did, I repeated, because the coffee is exquisite, it has an aroma that impregnates the kitchen when it is brewed, when drinking it it has a fine, delicate flavor, but at the same time it tastes like good coffee, depending on how you prefer it you can prepare it from guayoyo (which is a lighter coffee) to a little stronger or redder, as we say here, which is a darker presentation; This is the way I personally like it, that it tastes like coffee that revives me when I drink it heh, heh, heh, heh and this coffee did not disappoint me, it meets all my standards, pleasant smell, good coffee flavor and it lends itself to be prepared as you prefer; so I recommend it 100 %, greetings!
