It is almost impossible for me to list only 5 characteristics of coffee that I love, but I will do my best.

For me coffee is an art that goes from that day when someone decides to plant a seed, the care of the plant, the harvest, the roasting and grinding of the bean, to then take it to the machine and brew a delicious coffee that we will serve in a cup. For me that is art.

I love the coffee's:

1. Aroma
2. Flavor
3. Color, which is my favorite color to wear and paint.
4. Way of bringing people together
5. Way to inspire me when I enter the workshop, to want to write a story.

Coffee is unique and special. I love that it is part of my life.
