Usually on the weekend I'm busy working in my workshop, so I can't say it's a lazy coffee day 🤭.
But I always have some gallegas or some homemade muffin to go with me and of course my cup of coffee.
These chocolate cookies were baked for me by my mom. And with so many orders for Christmas I spent all last weekend in the workshop. This weekend looks just as good.

Many orders for Christmas isnt a bad thing! I had to work all of this weekend too - got up as early as 6 PM today - and our morning coffee (brew for me and my wife) today was very, very, very early! nothing like a lazy Sunday outing .... ehehe

It's so good that you have work to do. Truth is that one would like to rest on the weekend and much more in the holiday season, but it's also true that with such a lazy and difficult economy these days, having orders to deliver is just wonderful 🙃
