If I will be given the chance to grow between a coffee farm or tea farm, it would be a coffee. Having a farm of coffee allow me to have the opportunity of drinking my homegrown coffee fresh from my own farm. And aside from that, it would be a nice feeling picking your ripe coffee seeds at your garden then grinding it.

When I have the homegrown coffee it would be great to share what I have to my neighbors. Or making a business out of it if it's a lot already.

Sharing with you my cup of coffee😊

Excellent. I can also see myself taking care of every coffee bean and advertising it.

Thank you my friend. Yes, it will be great and we can minimize buying coffee ☕️ 😀

😂 we would save a lot of money.

As a coffee farmer, I totally agree nothing like having a brew from your own farm fermented in a way so unique that your the first to try it. ✨🫶🏻

Yes, true. Thanks for dropping by. 😊

to have the opportunity of drinking my homegrown coffee fresh from my own farm.

Agree with you here, I'd prefer a coffee trees over the tea bush too. an option to have green beans that one might roast himself, to play with this process with all the specter of various results... it is priceless! ☘️

In addition to satisfying your taste for coffee, it would be a business that would leave you with some extra money, very well thought out.

I leave you a cup of coffee for this day.☕

Thanks for dropping by. 😊

As a 4th generation coffee farmer, I’d definitely choose a coffee farm even if I’m given a hundred chances 👩🏻‍🌾 Farming many coffee varieties offers a fascinating opportunity to experiment with various processing methods, like the unique fermentation that has more of whiskey aged barrels and champagne yeasts, to create distinct flavour profiles.

As someone who enjoys variety, the complexity of producing coffees especially with different origins, climates, and terroirs definitely appeals my curiosity. Topping this, we would have farm visits for all you coffee drinkers to have the best of our local produce tasted right at the origin! ☕️

Let me know in the comments, what’s something you’d love to know about our existing farm.

What beautiful photos you share with us. You have a beautiful farm, and you can see the passion you have for coffee and how much you know about the subject.

I leave you a cup of coffee for this day.☕

Thank you so much ♥️ most of all I appreciate the learning from the previous generations. They had varied experiences with the climate than we have today. So much advancement is being done in the field. But often the investment is never enough.👩🏻‍🌾

Wow, this is an amazing idea too! Having different variety of beans allow us to test which one is loved by many. And so many experiments we can do out from a coffee😊

We currently have 3 varieties before we had much more. We are planning to grow more coffee trees and soon number them. 🌳 My favourite Variety is Old Peridenia since it's so robust and climate resistant. My great grandfather had planted them 100 years ago.

That was great! You are really into coffee. How I wish I could visit your coffee farm and learn from the experts😊

Wow! That's really something amazing that you work growing coffee.
We know who to turn to if we have a question then. The atmosphere is wonderful 👏 ✨️

Aww 🥰 Thank you Girlie! Would love to answer any questions you have for me.

Would love to visit your farm and get some beans from you, if only I could visit Venezuela. ☘️ Have a !PIZZA for your coffee, sister.

Hey! Our farm is in India, if you ever drop by. Ping me so that I could take you on a tour to ur farm. 🫶🏻👩🏻‍🌾

It is great that you don’t only have an ordinary coffee farm, but one that tries to be excellent in every aspect. I like your passion about new processing techniques and various aging methods, which creates some new and interesting flavors in coffee! Wish you all the luck in your farm!

It thrills me! The love for coffee is so infectious. Here in India we have many coffee producers who are fascinated with what we do. They often ask for classes to get into the same stream, fermenting fun coffee that has fruity notes. 👩🏻‍🌾🍓

My Coffee Plantation

I would choose a coffee plantation, since it is the most traditional beverage of our country. And for me, there is nothing more gratifying than learning from its planting, care, harvesting and grinding. To give me the pleasure that my coffee and I connect since its birth at home, leaving me its aroma and flavor as an inheritance.

Who are we to break with a tradition that makes us all happy?
That divine coffee; bon appetit

@liseth.zamora Only mortals, lovers of good coffee. Thank you very much, a hug.

True, brewing your own coffee farm is satisfying 😊

@selflessgem Yes, it would be great.

Nothing like owning a coffee farm and being able to keep it flowing through your family for generations. 👩🏻‍🌾

@coffeenlove Yes, you are absolutely right.

And lets dont forget - this way you'll get loads, loads of coffee beanz! 🙏

@qwerrie Thank you very much

If you allow me to let my imagination run wild, I would like to grow a Magic Transmutation Nescafe Nano Tree. I would love to water it, but not fertilize it; said tree will be getting all the substances needed for synthesis in its magical nano-way. This tree will synthesize Nescafe three-in-one coffee bags that my daughter developed a habit of drinking (and I don’t mind drinking such coffee too when I’m out to an office). I can’t present you a realistic photo how such a tree might look like, because I don’t have the magical technology of AI control... instead I’ll just show you a cup of my latte!

PS.
on a serious note - coffee plant would never grow and bring fruits outdoors in my northern land, thats out of the question - only pines and spruce feel good here.

Wow, that would be a really cool tree, technology and the delight of coffee combined to satisfy our taste for coffee.

I leave you a cup of coffee for this day.☕

After getting your comment, dear friend, I suddenly remembered about a story by Clifford Simak (US sci-fi author) named 'The Money Tree' - and now I think it is my subconscious to blame for the option I came up with... might be, that story served as the basis for the work of my imagination. 🐈 !PIZZA

That would be great for your love to your daughter! Still a wonderful wild dream if you will be given the chance to grow in your place. Thanks for sharing your cup of coffee dear friend.

😜 ☘️ ☘️

Ah, you live in the cold part of the world, I feel one day there might be other species growing there too. Arabica is known to be grown in a higher elevation and has been known for its need for a colder climate. 💯🥵

Only 'indoors' option is available. One of my friends once granted me with one pack of his own home-grown coffee. But you can imagine - all his year's harvest (from one plant) was enough for just 3-4 cups of coffee. This leaves more room for the dream. heh. 🐈

This project sounds tempting.
You chose coffee over tea too ☕️. Hehehe😅 good choice.

Of course! 🤩

Without a doubt I would choose a coffee farm in my backyard instead of tea. I am a coffee drinker and so is my whole family, even if that choice changes my life completely, because I have two options: either to dedicate myself to the cultivation and care of coffee or to find an expert person to do it for me. Whatever my choice is for the care of my coffee farm I am sure I would learn a lot about our valuable bean.
I really appreciate the diversity and variety that tea gives, which is one for every occasion but coffee is my day and tea is eventually.

Sounds absolutely perfect ✨ It's fun to have so many members having coffee together. Would be a great idea to take help from already existing planters.

Such a nice looking, unique cup for coffee you have. 👍 Love the shapes and the simple color. 🐈🐈🐈

Thank you very much. You are at your service 😉

Excellent Sunday of conversation coffee lovers.

Today we come to participate in this week's conversation. The truth is that if I were given the choice, without a doubt I would choose coffee growing, as a good coffee lover, it has always been my dream to be able to grow my own coffee and always have a full pantry. It would also be a moment, where I would learn a lot about the art of harvesting, the process of harvesting and preparing it for sale would be wonderful and thus be able to share with others the beautiful experience of coffee. A few cents is very good and if we earn them doing what we are passionate about it is even better. Dreaming does not cost anything.

I hope to continue reading you in the comments about your coffee grinding methods.

I wish you all an excellent start of the week with lots of coffee.☕

IMG_20241006_211606.jpg

It's quite unique to have a passion in the work that you do. But it's much more rewarding to realise that dreaming doesn't cost a thing. Because many a times we feel we have everything but we aren't making the full effort to showcase it and get the recognition. Having endless coffees in the pantry is such a blessing, what coffee are u drinking in that cup? ☕️✨

Nice how everybody goes for a coffee plantation in its own yard - the idea is so so tempting that it is simply impossible to resist the temptation!

It would also be a moment, where I would learn a lot about the art of harvesting, the process of harvesting and preparing it for sale would be wonderful

I am absolutely agree with you, it is less about getting more coffee and more about getting some heart-warming and exciting coffee experience: art of planting, harvesting, post-processing etc. Let me tease you with this image of wholesale coffee packages from my home plantation... ok ok, a piece of joke, these are not mine ofc 😜 and a Hive !PIZZA
