Coffee Diary - Steam Wand is HOT
✨"Here’s a cortado I made back in October. A cortado has less milk than a cappuccino, so you can savour the concentrated flavour of the espresso. Again, adding a little caramel syrup makes the flavour smoother. If you look closely, the latte art on this isn’t very well done. I was struggling to steam milk back then." @djynn

✨"Coffee and more coffee. My days are filled with this drink and there is nothing better than enjoying coffee in situations that are not so planned, but just as wonderful. Where will I go next? ✨"I ordered a black coffee since I have given up milk, and black coffee is a delicacy, with cookies and a very delicious vanilla cake, although I have been giving up sweets this day I felt like eating cookies that I love so much, on the table there were colours and leaves to paint, I like to paint so it was relaxing and great to wait while they brought the order." @ladylein
Back in Black - Life Begins after Coffee
✨"As soon as you enter the cafe, you can smell the aroma of the coffee; it has a modern, somewhat industrial design, the ceiling is creatively made, and the black painting and the wood are a good combination that makes the area cosy and Instagrammable. The coffee was elegantly stacked in front of the counter; looking at those black beans was beautiful. There are a lot of posters showing different kinds of drinks and foods to choose from. They are the country's first black restaurant to serve soft ice cream, tea, and coffee. I was so amazed that their concept is to bring together these crowd favourites and maintain the product's quality." @luthis26

✨"I went in the company of my husband, when we arrived we sat at a table and they gave us the menu, the aroma of coffee was spread in the place and it was great, I was surprised by the menu because they sell several desserts, hot and cold coffees, milkshakes and they also offer breakfasts and lunches. We ordered a couple of cappuccinos, for my husband a traditional one and me one called English Cappuccino that the barista recommended." @marcelys1
An unexpected coffee day
✨"We decided to take advantage of the time and venture out on some errands, making our first stop at my cousin's bakery. There is nothing better than sharing with family at times like this. Upon arrival, the aroma of freshly baked bread enveloped us like a warm blanket. My cousin welcomed us with open arms and, as always, the first thing she did was ask us if we had breakfast. I couldn't resist the temptation to confess that I hadn't had time because we left home late. Then, he offered me a delicious cheese bread fresh from the oven, accompanied by a cup of freshly brewed black coffee. The first sip transported me back to those carefree days; the coffee was robust, filling me with energy and warmth." @milik80

✨"Everyone had their creative ideas for making coffee, and one of my friends, who was from Udupi a popular place for coffee lovers in south Karnataka India. was an expert at making coffee shakes. We were all quite fond of her creations. But at that time we did not have that much available chocolate and ice around so it was just plain and foamy. Today when I made it I used chocolate sauce and some ice." @hindavi

✨"My daughter had told me about a coffee shop she had been to twice. She liked the place and the types of coffee they prepared there. So she invited me to go with her and get to know the place.
She knows that I love to drink coffee and if it is sitting in a nice place and good company, I enjoy it much more.
But that day we agreed to go to the PiCoffeeBurguer, named after the number Pi. I got home early and was waiting for her to go together, but she couldn't make it. So as not to leave too late, we decided to meet at the place." @popurri

✨"I confess that the ritual of preparing a good coffee in my daily life has become a sacred moment, unique and incomparable, because its aroma envelops me, it is a sublime note that rises when combining the freshly heated water with coffee, in this case I used Café el Amanecer, I believe that yesterday I chose this coffee, which came to become a perfect coffee for this new beginning of the week." @maleidamarcano
