My life in a world of coffee

in #hive-152524last year

It was a September 11 like any other, the day I arrived to this world, without imagining the degree of passion I could feel for a delicious cup of coffee. Many people ask me why, and the answer for me is that it is simply delicious, it accompanies me in my nights of hard work, and helps me wake up with good spirits and energy.

That day my desire was different, I didn't want something material, but to fulfill a crazy dream where I lived surrounded by this addictive and very comforting liquid...but what I didn't know was that wishing something with such intensity could come true.

After noon, my mother sent me to look in the basement, among some old Christmas ornaments, unused stored objects and other strange things that I didn't even know we had them but that my mother kept for some reason. A large box hidden in a corner, looking pretty condemned for the amount of time it must have been in storage. My curiosity got the better of me and I couldn't resist to investigate what was inside...a surprise gift?....NOOO!!! I only got a big scare when I felt in the middle of the darkness, a hand that grabbed my arm and pulled me to the emptiness.

A few minutes later of unconsciousness, I opened my eyes and found myself in a world very parallel to the real one, as in an upside down world I could describe it. The most surprising thing and what called my attention the most was to see that instead of water coming out of the faucet, coffee was coming out, and in the coffee pots instead of coffee, water was coming out...how was this possible?

Nobody gave me any coherent answer, they were just fascinated by this invention or magic of the universe.

I was living a dream... wait, a dream!!!, I think my desire was so intense that now I can really live it. Just at that moment I enjoyed as much as I could my favorite drink in an infinite way and also with a very delicious taste, just the way I like it.

But suddenly, as the hours went by, I noticed that I did not wake up...if this is really a dream. I love this place but I would like to come back, the question is how?

Later, it occurred to me to go back to the same place where it all started, since it is a parallel world, maybe I will meet that mysterious entity and he will take me back to my house, but when I arrived there was nothing, the room was completely empty?...of course!!! in the upside down world, instead of having a lot of things there is nothing.

My birthday was normal, with the difference that instead of water I had coffee, and to get it I had to prepare it in a machine. It's a bit more complicated but you can live like that. After a while I got used to it, I decided to stay and not look for a way out, and I saw this place as my new home, especially to drink my beloved coffee in an easier way.

Literally living my dream of having a life in a world of coffee ☕❤️.

It's pretty much understandable when you love coffee and it does magic for you.

Living my family behind will be difficult but as long as you can handle it, taking coffee from tap will be a dream come through.

A madness come true haha...never better said 😄.

This tells very much how you love your coffee. I'd personally choose to opt out of that world. I love my water and how easy it comes. Coffee is great but water first.

I thought that too and tried, but I never managed to wake up from that "dream" 😅 I think I wished so hard to live in a world like that, that it was my turn to stay there forever haha.
Same out of fiction, you are right in saying that it is much more important the water than the coffee.

Your story is quite an interesting one. Imagine having coffee flowing through the taps like water, what a wonderful world that would be. But then if coffee was water and water was coffee then, that means we would have water cafes and that sold water in different ways, with cream and sugar😅. Sounds pretty crazy.

Nice story dear, I enjoyed reading it.

The truth is pretty crazy the coffee coming out of the tap 😅....but it's not a bad idea to sell it in different presentations...I'll have one with cream please!!!! 😊
Thanks to you for reading it..glad you liked it!💕

You're welcome dear ❣️🥰

How could you not adapt to such a new life, heh?

Ohhh it was hard😅...but in the end, the wonderful world of coffee ended up convincing me with what I liked the most haha.
