I have decided to participate in this week's initiative because there are few things I love more than having coffee at home and enjoying it with my husband and the friends who share it with us.
However, there are two or three things that I enjoy more in a coffee shop than at home and that is what I want to share with you. All these things are related and I must say that this is not a coffee shop, rather it is the Casa Museo del Café where I enjoy the preparation of the coffee beverage that I like the most: the Cappuccino.
If I enjoy the Cappuccino, I also enjoy the whole process of elaboration. I like how the barista describes the process of selecting the ingredients to make the cappuccino, how he makes the cream or creates the milk. I love how he pours the coffee powder into the cap of the machine and see the espresso come out, black, strong, beautiful.
In the same way, my eyes are grateful for the mixture of all the ingredients, even the ground cinnamon that, in all honesty, I do not always add to my cappuccino, as I prefer it with the milk, the cream or foam and the espresso.
My sense of smell also appreciates this whole process and is seduced by the aroma that each of the products that make up this coffee drink that for me is unique.
Few things are capable of making me leave the house and a Cappuccino coffee drink is one of them. But, I must say that I enjoy the whole process and the quality of the barista's explanation that culminates with me sitting at a table savoring this excellent drink.
