I'm here to tell you a story that repeats itself every day and is part of my morning routine.

I'm usually the first one up, even if it's a holiday, so it's up to me to prepare coffee and breakfast.

The night before I went out with my wife to do some shopping and I reminded her that we no longer feared coffee in the pantry and that is a fatal thing because we can't have breakfast without a steaming cup of coffee. That would be a real sin.

We immediately went to the area of the market where they sell coffee and checked out the different brands and prices available. There were well-known brands but we decided on a brand that we have used on several occasions, it is not expensive and tastes good called "La protectora".

The next day I prepared the pot with very hot water, put the coffee in it and strained it with the usual sleeve. This is the traditional method that we use for the preparation because some time ago the coffee pot was damaged and we have not bought another one.

I served it in the cup and added powdered milk whipped with a manual whisk and ready, to enjoy this morning delight.

Coffee has become part of the family and when it is missing we have to run.

Doctors say that coffee is harmful for the prostate, but others say that it is beneficial for the heart. I don't know what to believe anymore, but what I do know is that I can't live without it.

Nada mejor que un café recién colado

Reciban un gran saludo mis queridos amantes del café ☕ en la comunidad de @cinamoncupcoffee, espero que hayan pasado un provechoso día.

Por acá me encuentro para contarles una historia que se repite día a día y que forma parte de mi rutina mañanera.

Generalmente soy el primero en levantarse, aunque sea un día feriado, así que me corresponde preparar el café y el desayuno.

La noche anterior salí con mi esposa a hacer algunas compras y le recordé que ya no temíamos café en la despensa y eso es algo fatal porque no podemos desayunar sin una humeante taza de café. Eso sería un verdadero pecado.

Enseguida fuimos al área del mercado donde venden el café y revisamos las dierentes marcas y precios disponibles. Había marcas conocidas pero nos decidimos por una marca que hemos usado en varias oportunidades, no es costosa y tiene buen sabor llamada " La protectora".

Al día siguiente preparé la olla con agua bien caliente, le coloqué el café y lo colé con la manga de siempre. Este es el método tradicional que utilizamos para la preparación porque hace bastante tiempo se nos dañó la cafetera y no hemos comprado otra.

Lo serví en la taza y le coloqué leche en polvo batida con batidor manual y listo, a disfrutar esta delicia mañanera.

El café se ha convertido en parte de la familia y cuando falta hay que correr.

Los médicos dicen que el café es nocivo para la próstata, pero otros dicen que es beneficioso para el corazón. Ya no sé qué creer, pero lo que si sé es que no puedo vivir sin él.
