Cafe sa Bukid or Cafe in the Mountain is our last stop after LANTAW 360 CAMP & CAFE. This cafe is popular among locals and visitors in Bukidnon.
Most of my family and friends have visited the place, but I haven't, not until now 😂 I've heard positive and negative reviews of it so it kinda spoiled everything and it took my excitement away but now I'm going to experience it myself,
The place is made of bamboo, very similar to Chuukohills , but since this was built first I guess their concept got copied, even so, both are still popular,
The place looks romantic to have a date with a lover too, if there aren't many people around similar to this,
It also feels homey, I remember sitting here and forgetting my power bank and charger on the seat, it was a good thing I roamed the place again, it would have been a hassle to come back because it's a 2-hour drive away from my place,
My family decided to order some snacks, so I headed to the counter to get a menu and was happy to see they accept bank and e-wallet as payment. There's a ballpen with the menu to write down the food we want and submit it to the counter.
Foods are a little bit pricey, but I think it's a fair price since the place is popular and far away from the city, so they gotta get that return from spending fuel,
to be honest, the family just wanted to sightsee the place, but it would be bad to go without ordering right? So our parents said to order what my cousins and I wanted so that we can go after we finish our food. I didn't order coffee though since I was feeling hot that day, and wanted to drink smoothie to pair with my hamburger,
I noticed the place doesn't have a signal which means no internet connection or wifi in the area, It's a place to enjoy the moment spent together with family, and friends more importantly the beautiful view of its surroundings,
originally products made in Bukidnon, I'm quite proud 😍
We didn't stay long because we don't want to be on lantapan road for a night, not safe to be around at night is what I heard, and my daddy said we needed to find a gasoline station since our fuel was running low from all the driving around, thankfully one gasoline station was opened, it was a relief because our car was starting to turn off and on, so some advice to people who might try to drive around here, be sure to have a full tank.
I like the place, I see myself coming back again with friends.
