That's a very interesting way of brewing the coffee. I've never seen that before. So I guess there would be a lot of dregs at the bottom of the mug then.

Yup, that's very lucky. Moreover, the coffee bean tastes amazing. In my city, there are many local coffee roasteries that provide coffee roasting services / kilograms at low and affordable prices. However, I chose a roastery that I was familiar with. The price of the roasting service is indeed more expensive than others, but I'm fine with it.

It's our traditional way, we call it "tubruk". I once thought, it comes from the word "too brew", isn't the pronunciation and intonation similar? and of course, all the coffee grounds from this brew are at the bottom of the cup.
