“You entered my mind just like caffeine enters my veins early in the morning! Would you be my valentine and share a special dinner with me?”

A coffee influenced menu will be extremely appropriate for the occasion. Of course, the dessert would be tiramisu, of course! Prepared with specialty coffee, of highest quality. Coffee can be a good friend of slowly cooked beef too. A shot or two, espresso, poured in the cooking bag will bring some delicate flavors to the meat. For a starter, maybe a good Caesar salad with slightly modified dressing, maybe using some cold extracted with ultrasound coffee will bring some interesting flavors.

Welcome drink? I’ll think about it more, but coffee can take place here too. Maybe a glass of champagne, with added cascara tea for some additional freshness? Sounds good.

And all of this in the company of my loved one will be the perfect coffee infused date!
