Sweet day guys! Welcome once again to my blog. Today I want to join this week's TheCoffeeShopPrompt to tell you about something unusual I shared in a coffee shop.

Something that has always caught my attention, both as a baker and as a sweet tooth, is the way sweet and savory flavors mix to create a perfect combination that makes your taste buds explode. This was the case of this sandwich which in Peru they call "Sandwich triple ".

A while back I shared with you my visit to a coffee shop that has become a favorite of mine, August 18, this time I was with some friends and wanted to try something different on the menu and ordered a "Triple Sandwich ". It happens to be a sandwich filled with turkey ham, cheese, chicken and peaches in syrup.

I was surprised to read this combination on the menu but wanted to take a chance. Anything to try new things.

Well my friends, I have to tell you that I was amazed. I don't know how they make the flavors integrate so perfectly that you can't feel the difference between sweet and salty.

I noticed that they prepare a kind of mayonnaise to which they add the shredded chicken breast and stir to form a chicken cream. This is the flavor that stands out the most but when integrated with the syrup and peaches it is amazing.

The dish is served with a portion of fries in flakes in the middle, club house style, and of course a delicious coffee with cream to which they added a heart decoration.

Places like this, so familiar, so cozy and with a variety of delicate and fast dishes at the same time, are the places I like to frequent. I feel that having had the opportunity to taste this perfect blend of flavors is a challenge unlocked and I will continue to visit cafes to taste their specialties accompanied by a delicious coffee.
