One of the centers of Arabica coffee production in Indonesia is Aceh. Aceh has ideal environmental conditions for the growth of coffee plants due to its geographical conditions consisting of mountains and hills. Gayo, Takengon, and Bener Meriah are some of Aceh's famous coffee varieties.

Acehnese people are very imaginative. At the Aceh coffee shop I went to a few days ago, they were very creative. When I bought coffee. The coffee is mixed with tea or free-range chicken eggs, which is what makes it special. So that when we enjoy the coffee, the taste is very thick. I often visit almost all coffee shops. Because Aceh has so many coffee shops. It's very different from other places I've visited in Indonesia, such as Medan, Sumatra, where I currently live. As one of the main Arabica coffee producing regions in Indonesia, Medan is different from Aceh in this regard. It makes perfect sense. There are coffee shops that can be found or seen in almost every corner of towns and villages.

Look at these coffees; notice how much foam surrounds them. when I enjoy it. It's very tempting. especially because this coffee is placed in front of you. Instantly, a strong and distinct aroma will fill the air.

I visited Mr. Dot Ahmad's coffee shop. The shop looked very quiet. But be careful not to misunderstand. As there are many coffee shops in Aceh that we can find, Mr. Ahmad's coffee shop will be crowded at night. This is because there are coffee experts here. They usually prefer to drink coffee at night rather than during the day. The reason the lights are on in this coffee shop is because the weather is a little foggy. Even though it is still daytime. Because there is only one door in this coffee shop and the weather is cloudy even though it is not raining.
