Greetings to all readers and coffee lovers in this community!

On this occasion I present to you one more way to taste fresh coffee at home with very simple ingredients and with the quality of a barista in the comfort of your home.
In my search for a new combination, I came up with the idea of creating a cold coffee in the form of a dessert, with the specialty of one ingredient and that is peanut butter.

So I took inspiration and imagined how to prepare the recipe, unfortunately for me I didn't have peanut butter at that time, but I did have a peanut cookie.
Even so, I couldn't find a way to mix it so that it turned out very well, until I persisted and got to work.

Ingredients

Picsart_23-11-10_19-34-50-445.png

  • 4 or more cookies filled with peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons of instant coffee
  • 1 cup of liquid milk
  • 3 spoonfuls of sugar
  • Chantilly cream
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Ice cubes to taste

Preparation

For this recipe it is not mandatory to use cookies with peanut butter, I simply used them because they were within my reach and you can use a tablespoon of peanut butter.

Now I started separating the peanut butter from the cookies, placing the cookies in a bag and crushing them to use as a topping.

In a container I added the 3 tablespoons of instant coffee, 3 tablespoons of sugar, the peanut butter and the 3 tablespoons of water.

I beat all the ingredients with a blender for approximately 5 minutes or until the peanut butter dissolves and the mixture is homogeneous.

Once my peanut butter and coffee mixture was ready, I refrigerated it and proceeded to beat 100ml of whipped cream until it hardened and took on that consistency we all like. We also refrigerated it and while I prepared the liquid milk a little concentrated, since ice will be used and it will dilute the flavor little by little.

Once everything was ready, in a glass I added the ice and the coffee mixture with peanut butter, the liquid milk and the peanut butter.

And the last step is to decorate, I added plenty of crushed cookies and chocolate syrup.

This is my work of art, I really liked making this drink even though it took me a while, the effort was worth it and the flavor was incredible.

This looks great @niggyayo, but very white, like it's all milk. Can you actually taste the coffee?😅

Would you like a little coffeee with your milk-2.jpg

Yes, this coffee has the peculiarity, it is very concentrated, and it looks whiter because apart from the concentrated coffee it has ice.
That creates the illusion that it has enough ice, but it doesn't.
In fact, the coffee is quite strong. And since it's a cold coffee, it's more dessert than coffee, friend.
I like to answer this type of question because I feel that you are really interested in my recipe hahaha greetings

And since it's a cold coffee, it's more dessert than coffee, friend.

Ah, that makes sense.
Thank you so much for your explanation :)))

This looks so tasty 😋

I can assure you that it is, friend.

This looks delicious. You have a lot of patience to make it.

Yes, friend, it's not such a quick drink to prepare, but it turns out to be worth it.
