I was in a place, in Buenos Aires, called, “La Giralda”. It is a remarkable, iconic bar in the city, located on Corrientes Street.
This bar was closed for a while, but reopened its doors again in April, year 2021. Its fame and well-earned, it has it thanks to the delicious chocolate with churros it offers. It also has churros only with sugar, those dipped in chocolate and those filled with dulce de leche, which are my favorites.
People who go to the place, it is because they already have it as a habit, or just go to spend some time tasting the chocolate they prepare, because it is delicious, thick and with the exact sweetness to not cloy. If you also dip the churro into the cup of chocolate and immediately take it to your mouth, UFF, the sensation of wellbeing, sweetness and the combination of flavors, makes you dream, or enjoy the moment with more pleasure.
That afternoon, I was accompanied by some friends who arrived from Canada, and who left delighted and eager to return especially to that bar, to repeat the experience. After this delicious chocolate, I ordered a small latte before leaving, and I tell you that this coffee also had that delicious touch that attracts any caffeine addict like me.
Now, if you want to try this chocolate with churros, they are open on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays for up to 24 hours. So if you live in Buenos Aires, you should not miss the Bar “La Giralda”, where they will please you with the best and most delicious chocolate and churros.

Estuve en un lugar, de Buenos Aires, llamado, “La Giralda”. Es un bar notable, icónico de la ciudad, ubicado en la calle Corrientes.
Este bar estuvo cerrado por un tiempo, pero reabrió sus puertas de nuevo en abril, año 2021. Su fama y bien ganada, la tiene gracias al delicioso chocolate con churros que ofrece. Además, tiene los churros solo con azúcar, los que son bañados en chocolate y los rellenos con dulce de leche, que son mis favoritos.
La gente que va al lugar, es porque ya lo tienen como costumbre, o solo van a pasar un rato degustando el chocolate que preparan, porque es riquísimo, espeso y con el dulzor exacto para no empalagar. Si además mojas el churro dentro de la taza de chocolate y lo llevas de inmediato a la boca, UFF, la sensación de bienestar, dulzura y la combinación de sabores, te lleva a soñar, o bien a disfrutar del momento con más placer.
Esa tarde, me acompañaban unos amigos que llegaron de Canadá, y que se fueron encantados y con ganas de regresar sobre todo a ese bar, a repetir la experiencia. Yo, luego de este delicioso chocolate, pedí un café con leche pequeño, antes de retirarnos, y les cuento que ese café, también tenía ese toque delicioso que atrae a cualquier adicto a la cafeína como yo.
Ahora bien, si desean probar este chocolate con churros, les cuento que abren los viernes, sábados y feriados hasta por 24 horas. Así que si vives en Buenos Aires, no debes dejar de visitar el Bar “La Giralda”, donde te van a complacer, con el mejor y más sabroso chocolate con churros.
