Hello, community...

So, my ideal breakfast time is always around 10 am and 11 am. Something about me is that I don't like eating early as it has been a habit I have built for years. It's always my belief to do my chores first before eating and by the time I am done with them, I find something to eat.

Eating breakfast early enough makes me weak and lazy all day, so in order to avoid this, I do my task first, then eat afterwards. With this, I can sleep knowing I have done half part of my task.

...and here is a photo of my morning tea (Green tea). I have developed an interest in this tea, aside coffee which I switch both every time. When I take green tea today, I take coffee the next and it continues. This tea has its great benefits especially detoxing which has been helping me to feel healthier.

You and I are on the same page; if I eat my breakfast early, then all physical activity will have to wait and this includes everything from housework to exercise. It's the same if I do my hair, haha. If I do my hair, everyone must forget that I'll do anything else 😁

I love green tea; I used to have it a lot when my son was little. I needed a lot of energy 😂

I think there is always a spirit with making hair and not doing any other activities. I do this too 😅
So, when I need to make my hair, it is always scheduled on days I do not have enough on my plates which I can skip for next time.

Many people have the habit of having breakfast very late in the morning, for me I think that the body makes better use of breakfast a little late, since the body has completely gotten rid of the heaviness of sleep and the body is 100% ready to take advantage of food.

I leave you a cup of coffee for this day.☕

I have heard the countless benefits of drinking green tea, I usually drink coffee, but I really need to incorporate tea into my diet. I particularly like it without any sweetener

Yes, I don't add any sweetener to my tea too. I take it naturally.

Well, sometimes I get up and start doing chores around the house and I miss breakfast, but never coffee. I usually don't eat breakfast early either.

That's great to know. Coffee keeps me active so I don't miss taking it especially in the morning.

The truth is that habits are habits... I don't like to go out to work or do household chores without eating first or drinking my coffee ☕ ... But we all have different routines and that's valid.
