A coffee that reminded me of a candy I used to eat as a child.

The psychology of colors is a very strange thing, or, at least as far as I am concerned I can say that when I am going to make a cover to dedicate a post to this beautiful community, for being a coffee theme, I always look to combine with colors between orange, brown, red, and sometimes even black. Why, I could not delve much into the matter for lack of experience on the subject, I just know that when I think of coffee and a coffee post, this color palette comes to me.
Does the same thing happen to you?

How are you my dear coffee lovers?

Some time ago I had the audacity to try the instant coffee that they sell in small presentations in a bakery near my house. I remember that the first experience was not bad at all. I only had a small inconvenience because I had used the amount of water that was not proportional to the amount of coffee that I would use for the preparation.

I went to the bakery not only for the coffee, in fact, at the time I had not even thought or remembered that there I could find this presentation that I have seen very little in some establishments.
Actually, that day I left home at 06:20 am and I did not have time to prepare a good breakfast with a good morning coffee, and sir, it was 11:30 am, time when I was very hungry and I was aware that I would get home and there would be nothing to eat immediately so I went to this bakery to look for some bread stuffed with ham and cheese.
So I came across something called Mini lunch and pretty much that was my lunch (@bulkathos don't scold me).
The thing is that when I was paying at the checkout I noticed at the counter that there was something like a small round fishbowl full of pure coffee slips and I started to reach in to see what I found.

As I mentioned above, I had already tasted this presentation of coffee, for that opportunity it was a sachet of the brand Tora Bika, only that one was Cappuccino.
It is very unlikely that I will visit the bakery again and I liked the coffee, so I took several, and I took two brands. One is the famous Nescafe brand and the other, as you can see in the Gif, is Tora Bika.

To make a comparison of flavors and aromas, I prepared two cups of coffee, one made with Nescafe and the other with Tora Bika.

I loved this style of coffee, the aroma is totally intoxicating, it spreads quickly throughout the house and I must say that it took me to some happy moments where I ate the candy called Coffee Delight, really, I felt that the aroma of this coffee was totally like that candy and I was very excited to try its flavor.

I must say that I liked this one much more than the cappuccino, since it has a much more chocolatey flavor, you can feel the sweetness a little bit although it is not very sweet so you would not get bored or it would not be necessary to add sugar unless you like it sweeter.

On the other hand, the flavor of the Nescafé was a little stronger, bitter, rigid but at the same time very tasty and I consider that it is not necessary to add coffee since it generates that sensation or at least I felt that it had a touch of sweetness and I considered it to be perfect.

I will not subtract points to the Nescafé because it would be at a disadvantage as its flavor is the classic one and it does not have any other aroma or flavor and I guess there are more options to try to make a fair comparison for both brands.

I brought home about ten of these sachets and I think that for a small cup that is half full, it would be enough for about fifteen preparations or maybe less.
What I did realize is that in order to get the most out of this style of coffee I would need one of those hand mixers that are used to whisk drinks inside the glass or cup, because, with the whisk alone I would not be able to get foam and you know, a coffee of this type that is frothy is more flavorful.

Another thing, keep in mind that the sugar is because I am trying not to consume such sweet drinks, so if you are looking for something similar, I think it would be good for you, although, maybe they are not so healthy anyway, this is more a matter of indulging yourself sometimes.

This afternoon I sat down to work and enjoy this delicious coffee, making use of the mug that my dear father gave me a couple of months ago.
I consider that he gave me a great gift because it is a way to have him present every time I have coffee in the morning or in the afternoon and this is the mug that I make such a fuss over if they are left in places that could spoil them.
You know, we all have that cup where the coffee tastes the best.

This would be a whole adventurous coffee post for this occasion.

I look forward to reading you in the comments and in your posts dedicated to this great community.

Ah, I love it when we come across a certain product, taste or even color that snaps us right back to childhood. I'm the same with certain types of chocolate. So it sounds like that little fishbowl-looking thing came into your path for a reason :D

That's right, that fish tank had a very important purpose and I didn't know it until the moment I smelled the aroma of that coffee.

Rosmi!!! I loved this post and the way you wrote it. I remember trying that Nescafé sachet, it's really good. I don't know the other one, but if I find it, I'll try it. Best regards.

Hi, I don't like coffee, but I still hope you enjoy it.

Really? not even a latte?
Well, but it's okay if you don't like it.

Yes, it was good!

Coffee can certainly act like a time machine, can't it? One of its many miracles.

It is true, in general, its aroma, flavor and certain places where you enjoy it, could take you to a very pleasant place in time.
