Hello! How are you folks?
I've had a few days where I've been on the go a lot.
I get home from school, barely rest for 20 or 30 minutes and then I get active at my other job. After that I get up around 9:30 pm and have to rush off to take a shower and then go to sleep because the next day I have to get up early to be at school on time.
As you can see, I have had little time to go out and enjoy a good coffee, because the little free time I have left is to rest or resolve pending issues. However, well, I have been able to drink the coffee I prepare at home so that I can be active while I work in the afternoon.

Last week I had the opportunity to go into a bakery to buy something for breakfast before heading to work and I saw that they had several sachets of instant coffee. The Tora Bika brand called my attention, I asked the price and it has a value of 1$. I wanted to try the experience to see if it came out as in the videos I have seen that they do it with a whisk and everything is creamy, so I bought it and took it home.

I don't know how to explain it well because the sachet has the instructions in another language and what seems to me is that the big sachet has the milk and the small golden sachet is the one containing the Cappuccino. At this point I was anxious to find out if my expectations would be met and I already had the water in the kitchen.

Here, well, I don't have a small whisk, so I added the powder in a cup and then added the hot water and began to whisk as fast as I could, but, the truth is that at no time was there any sign of a cream forming. Although, it is possible that I added a little more water because, well, my mom and my sisters also wanted to try it, so I tried to use an appropriate measure so that the product would not be deficient.

To finish the preparation, I added the brown powder, which I think was the Cappuccino, and I whisked it hard enough to dilute it sufficiently, although I think I shouldn't have whisked it, I think it was more for decoration or I don't know the truth, I think I did a little bit wrong in the preparation because I probably ignored some things.

I think I added a lot of water because I had a hard time getting that frothy coffee that one likes to drink so much, although, the flavor was not bad at all because I felt that particular bitterness of this type of beverage and I thought it was not so weak, although, I would have liked to reach a much higher volume of foam to create that feeling of drinking a coffee prepared in a coffee shop outside. Where you see the foam, I think it would have been less than a finger thick, so I managed to take a good picture to share it with you.
I shared a little bit with my mom and my sisters so they could enjoy this flavor, which I think at least my sisters haven't tasted it as such. Ah, yes, you can't enjoy this drink alone, I think it was necessary to have some company and that's why I also bought some chocolate cookies, filled with chocolate, which I moistened with my coffee and they tasted very, very good.

I think it took me about 5 minutes trying to prepare this drink and maybe another 5 because I was taking pictures to share with you the experience of preparing a cappuccino from the comfort of my home and being very honest with you, I think I prefer to go to a store where they prepare this type of drink with a machine, since I think that way I can appreciate the flavor much better, although, of course, nothing like enjoying one of your favorite coffees in the comfort of your home and while you get some work done.
