This has been one of the many occasions when, after going to the gym, I was provoked by a good cup of cold coffee. Where I am now living it is hard to get a good coffee shop; at least I am a bit picky when it comes to visiting coffee shops. I met up with my cousin and brother after we each did our morning activities, and then we started looking for a place to drink coffee and rest for a while.
As luck would have it, we found a coffee shop that met our demands (not demanding at all really) and decided to buy our favorite coffee drinks. In this new episode of my "coffee stop" I will tell you about "Agape Waffles", the coffee shop that stole our heart.

The first thing that usually hooks me in a coffee shop is the music they play. I must say that at Agape Waffles coffee and pop rock music go hand in hand, and this fascinated me. The theme that covers everything is love: the owner told us that she was inspired by the color pink because she feels that this is the aura of the café. The place is decorated with roses and hearts, and even has a special place for photographs. I like coffee shops with creativity, because somehow coffee lives and transmits itself in art.
The menu is starred, obviously, by coffee, both in its hot and cold presentation. Special treats and sweets go well with any kind of coffee you drink. Waffles occupy a rather special place and are the ones that usually dance on the palate, accompanied by the delicious mokaccinos. Undoubtedly, it is a complete adventure in taste and coffee.

For this occasion, I decided to order a cold mokaccino only. My brother ordered the same and my cousin decided to order a frappuccino. While the drinks were being prepared, we were offered some board games to wait. The service at this coffee shop was very good; at all times they were concerned that we were having a good time. Much of the time was spent chatting about the place: we were surprised to have found a coffee shop like this, something different from the one we usually visit. They are definitely going more for a more modern and visual style of coffee shop.
Our coffee drinks were ready. I really liked the presentation: whipped cream and chocolate and vanilla syrup. The coffee was delicious: iced with granulated ice, without being too sweet or cloying. It was a perfect point between coffee, milk, chocolate and whipped cream.

After a busy morning, there is nothing better than drinking cold coffee to refresh the body. I was delighted that Agape Waffles gave us wonderful attention; I was very satisfied with the cold mokaccino I tried that morning, and my cousin and brother also had a good experience with their respective coffee drinks. We promised to come back, of course, but for that next occasion we will try the Waffles.
There is always a good excuse to return to the coffee shops that win your heart.
