Although I like to visit new coffee shops from time to time, I have a habit of returning to the ones I like the most, which are actually few. When it comes to drinking coffee, I have had bad experiences but also very good ones. For me, the best places to enjoy it are those that offer tranquility, without so much hustle and bustle... with spaces where I can read in peace or where I can have a good conversation.
If the coffee shop I visit is good, I will not hesitate to return; and some have definitely won my heart.
As it has become a habit of mine to travel to the nearest city, I sometimes find it difficult to prepare my usual espresso with a spoonful of sugar. The mornings surprise me far from home, so I have to figure out how to find a coffee shop that at least replaces the feeling of coffee at home.
A few weeks ago, I had come across a coffee shop where, curiously, the vast majority of customers were elderly. That caught my attention; I assumed they were regular customers and had been drinking coffee there for years. At least for me, the fact that a coffee shop has loyal customers for years proves that it is a good coffee shop. The first time I drank a coffee there I was very satisfied, so I decided to go back. Again, the experience was quite pleasant.

The feeling of a morning coffee improves when you drink it in a nice place; And although the coffee shop is simple, the coffee they prepare and the service they offer is what really makes it stand out so much. While we drank our coffees, every so often old people came to read their newspapers and chat with the owner of the place, who is also elderly. I have always liked the conversations that arise from there, because they are people who have had more life experiences and from whom you can learn many things.
When a cafe is kind to its customers, I can say that success is guaranteed. People who drink coffee are very observant and look for the quality not only of the coffee we drink, but also of the place where it is offered to us. It is very sad that sometimes the service to the customer is very bad or disinterested; if this happens, it is best to look for another place, because at least for me, coffee time is sacred.

It was raining, so the coffee tasted much better than we expected. Finding a good coffee shop in a big city is difficult, but when you do, it's best to frequent it. It's better to go to a good, well-known coffee shop than to have a bad time in one you don't know... although sometimes, I admit, this is beyond our control. In any case:

Aunque me gusta visitar cafeterías nuevas de vez en cuando, tengo la costumbre de regresar a las que más me gustan, que en realidad son pocas. Cuando de beber café se trata, he tenido experiencias malas pero también muy buenas. Para mí, los mejores lugares en los que puedo disfrutarlo son aquellos que ofrecen tranquilidad, sin tanto bullicio... con espacios donde pueda leer con tranquilidad o en los que pueda yo tener una buena conversación.
Si la cafetería que visito es buena, no dudaré en regresar; y algunas se han ganado definitivamente mi corazón.
Como ya se ha vuelto una costumbre en mí realizar viajes a la ciudad más próxima, en ocasiones se me dificulta preparar mi acostumbrado café expreso con una cucharada de azúcar. Las mañanas me sorprenden lejos de casa, por lo que debo ingeniármelas para encontrar una cafetería que al menos remplace la sensación del café en casa.
Algunas semanas atrás, me había topado con una cafetería en la que, curiosamente, la gran mayoría de clientes eran ancianos. Eso llamó mucho mi atención; supuse que eran clientes fijos y que llevaban años bebiendo café en ese lugar. Al menos para mí, el hecho de que una cafetería tenga clientes fieles por años, demuestra que es una buena cafetería. La primera vez que bebí un café allí quedé muy satisfecho, así que decidí regresar. Nuevamente, la experiencia fue bastante grata.

La sensación de un café por la mañana mejora cuando lo bebes en un lugar agradable; y aunque la cafetería es sencilla, el café que preparan y la atención que ofrecen es lo que realmente hace que destaque tanto. Mientras bebíamos nuestros cafés, cada cierto momento llegaban ancianos a leer sus periódicos y a charlar con el dueño del lugar, que también es de la tercera edad. Siempre me han gustado las conversaciones que de allí se desprenden, pues son personas que han tenido más experiencias de vida y de las cuales se pueden aprender muchas cosas.
Cuando en una cafetería son amables con los clientes, puedo decir que el éxito está garantizado. Las personas que bebemos café somos muy observadoras y buscamos la calidad no solo del café que bebemos, sino que además del sitio donde nos los ofrecen. Es muy triste que en ocasiones la atención para con el cliente sea muy mala o desinteresada; si esto pasa, lo mejor es buscar otro lugar, pues al menos para mí la hora del café es sagrada.

Estaba lloviendo, por lo que el café supo mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos. Encontrar una buena cafetería en una ciudad grande es difícil, pero cuando lo logras, lo mejor es frecuentarla. Es mejor ir a una cafetería buena y conocida, a pasar un mal momento en una que no conoces... aunque a veces, admito que esto escapa de nuestras manos. En todo caso:
Lo bueno debe repetirse, más si se trata de una maravillosa tasa de café.
