Hello all coffee lovers! 😁☕️ Here I leave you my top 5 things I like about coffee, they don't necessarily have an order, but these are the things that, for me, make coffee an indispensable part of my life:

Its smell: For me, there is nothing more restorative than the smell of freshly brewed coffee. Just by smelling its pleasant aroma, it's incredible how my spirits rise. I even think it is the most immediate. I like it so much that one of my wishes is to get a perfume that smells like coffee ha ha I recently smelled a scented candle in a bazaar that had a coffee scent and I fell in love with it.

Its warmth: And I'm not talking about the temperature, but about the pleasant feeling that the coffee leaves in my "spirit" after having consumed it. It's like words of encouragement when I feel sad. I know that caffeine would not be the most appropriate for moments of tension or when we feel upset, but in my case, it is precisely when I need coffee, because when I drink it, my whole body is taken over by that feeling of well-being, as if it were a kind of warm hug.

Its flavor: There is nothing like having a cup of coffee prepared perfectly to our liking. In my case, I know how I like my coffee in terms of the amount of coffee and sugar, so when I get it at its perfect point, I know that I will have started the day on the right foot. That reminds me of the time I went to someone's house and out of courtesy, they wanted to make me coffee. He confessed to me that it was his first time making it, apologizing in advance if it didn't taste good... I must mention that it was one of the best cups of coffee I have ever tasted in my life and its delicious flavor affected me so much that every time I try coffee, I hope to find the flavor of that afternoon.

Versatility: I am always amazed at how good things taste if you add coffee to them. Coffee ice cream, coffee caramel, coffee cake... I'm always willing to be impressed by how coffee is able to turn a dessert that doesn't catch my attention into one of my favorites. Every time I come across a recipe in my feed, I just look at it, but if it has "coffee" in its title, my thought will be "I have to try this."

Connectivity: It's amazing how coffee brings people together. Whether as an excuse to meet up with a friend we haven't seen in a while or to spend a pleasant afternoon with family; Coffee seems to be the favorite at any meeting time. Therefore, I like to think that coffee has the incredible power to bring people together. One of my favorite questions when I meet someone is "Do you like coffee?" and if the other person answers yes, I know we can end up liking each other haha

My mug, a gift from my mother because she knows how much I like coffee 💚

Sort:

The coffee is idyllic and its warmth not only excites us but unites us.

It's nice when we are aware of it and take advantage of sharing a cup of coffee to meet with people we appreciate 😌💚

I'm not sure about a coffee perfume, haha, but I'd love to have scented candles impregnating my home with delicious coffee aroma all day long.

I totally understand what you mean; although I can't recall what has been the best cup of coffee I've had in my life so far, I am able to remember all the times I've been surprised with amazing coffee--that despite of my terrible memory.

Oh come on... Are you going to tell me that you don't want to smell as delicious as coffee smells? 🤣 At least, it's an irresistible aroma for me haha I wanted to buy some of the candles, luckily I'm already following the manufacturers on their social networks 👀 I also have a bad memory, but believe me, when it comes to coffee , I can remember very well; especially if it was a good experience or a bad one, because I have also tried horrible coffees that made me cry 😭

Coffee that makes you cry, wow. It does sound like a sad thing 😂

Oh, believe me, I've had a terrible cup of coffee once too often (office coffee, the worst kind).

Oh yeah! It's so sad when they manage to spoil the coffee like that! 😟 In my case, the coffee was drunk many times and it was exaggeratedly black, but the worst thing: It tasted like everything, except coffee 🤣 I took it out of courtesy. Same thing with coffee that's so clear it's almost transparent (my mom calls that kind of coffee "strainer water" haha). Without a doubt, these are crimes against coffee 😝

I loved your mug, the value it has and represents for you is incalculable, keep it.
I had the opportunity to have a coffee-scented perfume, it really was exclusive, after the crisis in my country, I have not used it again, I can't find it anywhere, I miss it very much.
I understand you when you say that that cup of coffee that your friend provided was the best and you can't find one like it. I went through that, that's why I was forced to look for the coffee brand and started experimenting. After there, my desire passed.

Oh! That mug is really valuable, because coincidentally during the move, two of my favorite mugs that were also green broke. But this one is special because my mother chose it for me; so I'm always taking care of it to prevent it from breaking 😅 It can't be... You had a coffee-scented perfume! Oh my God, how I want a perfume like that! 😍 I suffer from allergies and I can't wear things with very strong aromas, but I'm sure that I would use this type of perfume even if it made me sneeze ha ha it's a shame that you couldn't get it more 🙃 Let's hope you have the joy of finding it new... The coffee that friend gave me had been sweetened with paper, I think that greatly influenced its peculiar flavor; I remember it and it makes me want to drink coffee ha ha 😋💚

Waooo! A very detailed list of coffee attributes. I seem to agree with you on everything. Especially when you say that it connects, not only with people around us when we invite ourselves a coffee, it also connects us with those who cultivated it and even with the ancestors who inherited this delicious beverage. Let's toast to that ☕☕.

When I started writing, I realized that I had extended myself at the end, I even thought "won't it be very long?", but it's so difficult not to be inspired when it's about something that we like so much 😂 Oh yes, it's true about the connection with those who grow coffee; I have a friend whose family grows coffee and I was amazed when she mentioned it to me because I was like "you guys are so cool" ha ha Long live coffee! 💚
