01 can of condensed milk, 01 cup of strong coffee, 05 eggs, 1/4 cup of sugar, liqueur to taste.
For the caramel:
1/2 cup of sugar and 02 tablespoons of water.
The first thing we will do is the coffee, because this has to be cold at the moment of preparing the flan, for this we will use a greca or Italian coffee pot, we add 01 cup of water in the bottom base, then we place the filter and add three spoonfuls of coffee, we close it and put it on the stove and let the coffee brew, this can take five minutes.

Once the coffee is cold, we proceed to make the caramel, in a flan mold we place the sugar and stir for a few minutes, followed by the water and when it starts to turn brown, we turn it off and move in circular movements throughout the container so that it is all covered with caramel and set aside.
Now we proceed to make the flan mixture. In a blender we place the eggs, the condensed milk, the coffee, the sugar and the liqueur of your choice and blend until the ingredients are well integrated.
Pour the mixture into the flan mold, place aluminum foil, cover and cook in a double boiler for approximately one hour, always making sure that the water does not dry out.
Once the flan is ready, let it cool and remove from the mold, store in the refrigerator for a few hours and then enjoy a delicious snack with a very intense coffee flavor and a very smooth and creamy texture.
