Happy afternoon with a delicious cup of coffee ☕.

Today we will talk about the jars or, as we say at home the pots to store coffee, I like those beautifully decorated porcelain or ceramic ones, but, there is a detail, at home they always break, if it is not my husband it is my children🤦😬, reason why I decided not to buy them anymore!

So instead of them I decided to buy plastic, this one has with me a few years, I do not know exactly how many but, I think it must be about 8 years, it is transparent with purple lid, although it has already turned brown because it has been stained with coffee!

Maybe in the future I will buy again one of those that I like, but for now, I'm happy with the one I have!

Sort:

These are similar to mine. I purchased mine at Poundland, a cheap shop chain here in the UK:)

Yes I could notice the similarity! hehehe, hasn't yours been stained yet?

Greetings!

stained yet?

Haha, no! I didn't even think of that. Maybe, not yet? 😅

They get stained over time! They take on the dark color of coffee! hehehehe

Now that you've mentioned it, I can see that happening 😆

A practical solution for the family economy, @yessi08 .
In my house eyelashes and no more glasses. I can't blame anyone, as I'm the one who breaks them most often!

I think there's someone like that in every house hehehehehehe

In my case my husband and my kids!

hahahaha that's right, we have to be thankful for what we have...so they break it...well, I like the glass containers in the kitchen because they are very hygienic...but anyway the plastic is decorative especially if They have reliefs or drawings.
I liked your sincere expression...sometimes we have to do what we have to do.
greetings, @yessi08

Plastic containers often have a good sealing lid, which helps to preserve the qualities of coffee better. The braking part is another good advantage of the plastic. Sadly, it becomes yellow-ish with the time and you cannot do anything to make it look fresh again. That’s why I prefer glass containers, but the breakability problem comes again… 🤷🏻😁

That's right, although with time because of the coffee they become dark hehehe, the glass ones are beautiful but they don't last long because they break, hahaha.

Well, in any case, the important thing is to keep the coffee ☕!

Greetings 🙏

I will say that it is important to consume the coffee quickly and don’t let it lose its flavor! 😁

Yes, she reminded me that mine will change colour soon. I will look out for some wooden canisters, cos they would work on the boat:)

Wood is definitely gonna do the work! And they will look cool, in my opinion.

Yeah, and wooden canisters would blend nicely with the wood theme of the boat. I might start looking online to see what's available:)))

Life gives us family and friends to break things in our kitchens 😂 In my house, I am the one who breaks things 🏆🥇 But I will only give up beautiful porcelain when I die 🤣

Hahahaha, well, the important thing is that you can buy a new house once it breaks🤭.

Simple and practical! I like containers that are kept hermetically sealed, so the smell of the coffee is more intense. 👍🏽

In my house I also use plastic jars to store coffee. In my opinion they are more practical for the task, ceramic or porcelain run the risk of breaking when handling them.

I leave you a cup of coffee for this day.☕

8 yrs? That's a very long time and it's looking presentable , that's shows how you keep your home and all belongings clean

That's right my friend, I think that's the advantage of plastic, it's very durable!

Greetings 🙏

😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬🤦

I FEEL YOUR PAIN. This was the reason why we decorated the floor at our kitchen with soft foamed linoleum instead of ceramic tiles - which, of course, are much more practical than linoleum. But... I just hate so much this shock of dishes falling on the tiles and breaking into pieces...

Perhaps a high shelf would help against children?... at least a little. 🙏

Hehehe, yeah that sound is sad 😃.

Well that material of your floor catches my attention, at home it would go great 👍.

I tell you that I have a tall cabinet, and, it is by lowering or raising things that I break them 🤦.

What can I tell you?🤷

Well, when it comes to safety, everything else is left aside 😅 the truth is that there are many models of storage containers to store our coffee, the essential thing about each container is that it complies with the rules of storage ☕.

That's right friend, the important thing is to store our coffee well ☕😃.

Greetings 🙏

100%... sometimes fancy-looking things to do make the grade:)
