Unity Coffee & Vinyl
What better way to bring people from different walks of life together? Nothing beats coffee and music for me.
Perfectly located in the heart of Cebu City, just a few blocks away from Cebu Doctors University Hospital on Don Jose Avila St., Unity Coffee & Vinyl is the freshest addition to the local café scene.
What is so cool about the cafe is the secret door on their second floor that leads to a wide collection of vinyl records. It's a unique touch that adds a whole new dimension to the place. This is the first café I have been to that has really incorporated music and coffee. The vinyl records on display are also for sale. You might just find a collector’s item here.
We enjoyed our time sifting through the vinyl records; we found an eclectic mix of popular favorites and indie tunes. The vinyl room, complete with lounges, is where you can enjoy and hang out with your drinks while listening to the records being played by the DJ in the booth.
Now back to the first floor, and you'll find it very spacious with plenty of tables and chairs—perfect for a gathering of friends—and once you step outside, you'll spot some high chairs set up in the alfresco dining area, adding to the overall chill atmosphere.

The café's interior boasts a high ceiling, striking a balance between modernity and minimalism. This sets the stage for an ideal coffee date ambiance.

Unity Coffee & Vinyl spoils you for choice with an extensive menu, they even have a full-fledged bar with tantalizing cocktails. They sure got it all!
The food portions are generous; it was definitely worth every single penny. My personal choice was some heavenly blueberry cheesecake that practically melted in my mouth. Paired with a classic cappuccino, the bitter notes of the coffee danced in perfect harmony with my dessert.
We also ordered the clubhouse sandwich, a hearty serving perfect for sharing, and my friend also had some Lemongrass Chicken meal.
The food selection at the café is really diverse, giving you a whole lot of options to choose from, and they are all reasonably priced. Their menu also includes breakfast options and refreshing smoothies.
