The photo was taken in Puerto Madero in the capital of Argentina. This area was once the port area with warehouses etc. Today these have turned into shops and restaurants. The old cranes are still here too. It's mostly offices here, besides the restaurants. The white pedestian bridge is Punte de la Mujer. A very popular bridge. The old ship functions as a museum.
