Hi dear Hivers in Photofeed community. It's November now, and it's also the wild sunflower season in my area. I'm not sure if you know this flower. But it's a common flower in my area, the Central Highlands of Vietnam.
Wild sunflowers are commonly planted here for two purposes. One is to create boundaries between coffee farms. And two, the roots of the plant have the ability to regenerate nitrogen in the soil. And an interesting thing about this flower is that it is not a native flower, but it was planted by the French during the war for the above two purposes. And after we gained independence, the French left, but this beautiful flower has remained until now.
And every November, the whole area is covered in the yellow coat of this brilliant flower. And this is also the time of year that tourists look forward to coming to admire the beauty of this flower as well as take pictures with it. Please enjoy the photos I took of this flower this year.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I hope you enjoy them and have a nice day.
