When, after an all-day overcast, the sky began to clear in the west and a strange light covered the landscape, the bare branches of the tree came to life.
Interestingly, these images were taken in chronological order. The darkness was followed by a little warm orange light at the end.
When I got home, the last rays of the sun still covered the sky in red flames.
The straight rays of the sun were nicely outlined under the clouds. Simple physics (Tyndall effect), but still, beautiful, I really like it!
The water of the small pond was calm but not frozen. Due to the subtle ripple, the reflection was slightly blurred. No one else was there. Still, I felt like someone was watching me from behind the dark bushes.
By the time I got home, this sight had greeted me. I could no longer see the sun from ground level, but it lit up a small cloud, some trees and the top of the wall of a block house.
