I am very much elated to take part in this part of the photo quest, which is on macro photography. I had to take a walk throughout the environment to get a good photo of an insect, and i met couple of insects but they flee for their safety. I was actually had to capture an insect.
After moving about, i once had a dragon fly which i captured the other day, i think it actually came back because it has the exact color the last one had. It was very bold and refused to fly away, i took couple of photos, even at closed range it was so bold.
What i learnt about macro photography is that it captures details, and makes the photograph bigger than the original actually showing more details on the object. If it is an insect then it has to show more details on the insects, showing a clear and enlarged picture of the eyes and body.
I actually admire this insect due to its swiftness and colorful body and wings, if you notice properly, it's wing reflects light like a prism. It looks like a special cell or a bee hive. I made a video of it, moving about its body but it moved away when i moved too close.
After that, i took the pictures to my lifhtroom mobile and i enhanced the colors in the photo to make it look more attractive.
It had an open wing, actually ready for its flight. But i was lucky to take the shot before it would even move. The fact about them is that they tend to play with water surfaces, and also sit on robes and on cars too, i dont see them as something wild, i dont even know if they sting but if they move to my body level, i move off with fear.
