Flowers
A gift that is usually given on Valentine's Day, celebrated yesterday, are flowers.
But beyond this date associated with love and friendship, whose origin is somewhat disturbing and tragic; flowers and their different colors, serve to express a variety of emotions and feelings, even when we do not pronounce any words, in addition, their presence alone is enough to brighten our day.
These photos from my personal archive, which I took some months ago, correspond to a flower seller located on a busy avenue in the east of the city, while she was making some floral arrangements that she would later put on display for sale to passers-by.
As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.
Un regalo que usualmente suele obsequiarse en el Día de San Valentín celebrado ayer, son las flores.
Pero más allá de esta fecha asociada al amor y a la amistad, cuyo origen es un tanto pertubador y trágico; las flores y sus diferentes colores, nos sirven para expresar diversidad de emociones y sentimientos, aún cuando no pronunciemos palabra alguna, además, su sola presencia basta para alegrarnos el día.
Estas fotos pertenecientes a mi archivo personal, y que tomé algunos meses atrás, corresponden a una vendedora de flores ubicada en una transitada avenida del este de la ciudad, mientras hacía algunos arreglos florales que luego pondría a la vista de los transeuntes para su venta.
Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.
