His name is Hernán Lugo and since I moved into this building, which has been my home for almost 17 years, he has been working as a doorman at the guard house at the entrance.
Since construction was completed in the mid-1990s, Lugo has been there. Despite his age and recent health problems, he has not lost his jovial character and his willingness to help any of the owners or tenants who require it.
Unlike the other two doormen who take turns on watch, he does not wear a work uniform and is unlikely to do so in the future, but even so, he has earned the respect and admiration of all of us who live here.
As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.
Se llama Hernán Lugo y desde que me mudé a este edificio, el cual ha sido mi hogar por casi 17 años, el ha estado trabajando como portero en la caseta de vigilancia en la entrada.
Desde que se culminaron las obras de construcción a mediados de la década de los 90, Lugo ha estado presente. A pesar de su edad y de los problemas de salud que ha padecido recientemente, no ha perdido su carácter jovial y su disposición a ayudar a cualquiera de los propietarios o inquilinos que así lo requieran.
A diferencia de los otros dos porteros que se turnan en la vigilancia, no usa uniforme de trabajo y difícilmente lo haga en el futuro, pero aún así, se ha ganado el respeto y la admiración de todos los que vivimos aquí.
Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.
