I have already mentioned all about the heat wave and my decision to spend more time in the park because of it, yesterday for example I was in the park from noon and there I was until it got dark, it was not a bad decision because thanks to it I was able to get some pictures that previously I had not been able to, they are simple pictures but I am happy with them, so let's take a look at them.
Let's start with the picture I liked the most, it's about a rat, yes a simple rat that was eating in the park, and if you have ever tried to get close you will know that at the slightest movement they run away to hide, well yesterday it seems that either I was very quiet, or the rat was very concentrated while eating.

It was so concentrated that I was even able to take a second picture but this time in portrait mode to give a better perception because the rat was actually standing, so the picture could be in portrait mode, I actually took almost two steps forward without scaring the rat away.

And all this started because at the beginning when I arrived at the park I could see another rat that was feeding but this one was more clever and as soon as I moved just a little it ran to hide and made me wait at least 5 minutes before coming out again, luckily for me I had a lot of time but as the rat was scared I only took this picture.

Finally I was able to see a turtle of good size, it must be quite old because it is really one of the largest I have seen in the park, again this type of animal is quite elusive and as soon as it sees a movement it drops into the water and goes to another place.

But I was not satisfied with the previous picture, so I moved slowly, at a speed of 12 steps per hour probably, (I don't think I moved faster than that) and although it may seem like a joke it is not, in truth I moved slowly, in the end I got the second picture from a better angle and much closer, after taking the picture she jumped into the water and I never saw her again, I took more pictures but they will be for another post and different contests, thanks for watching the pictures see you in the next post.
