Music is something that matters a lot in our life. There must have been hardly a day in my life when I did not listen to music. Nowadays there are so many means available to listen to music that a person can listen to any music very comfortably without any problem. Nowadays technology has advanced so much and so many new applications have come that you can listen to any music. I have seen a lot of times when to listen to music on mobile phones, either we first had to download this music from the internet to the computer and then transfer it from the computer to our mobile phone which was quite complicated. At that time all this used to be very complex and took a lot of time too. Some friends had such mobiles which had internet facility, so there people used to download songs first and it took so much time to download a song that today a movie gets downloaded in that time. Then they had to use Bluetooth to transfer the songs and Bluetooth also took a few minutes to transfer a song. Although many people must have experienced this thing, but those who have not experienced it can know how much struggle one had to go through to save a song in their mobile, whereas nowadays you do not even need to do this, you can listen to songs anywhere with the help of online streaming. Technology has its advantage here, but whenever I think about those old days, many memories are refreshed about music. At some point of time, we must have been studying in school and I also remember very well that I had a friend who lived in my neighborhood and we used to go out in the evening, so at times he had a separate group of school friends, so he used to bring new songs from the mobile phones of those friends and I used to transfer different songs from the mobile phones of my school group friends and we used to listen to songs while roaming around and also interchange songs among ourselves whichever we liked. This sequence continued every day.

I had a craze for listening to music since childhood. I loved songs since childhood. In my childhood, it used to happen that there was no cable network in my house, so I was not able to know any updates about new songs. When I used to go to school, my friends used to hum new songs there and then there were some songs which used to become very popular at that time and then those songs were very trending for some time. I used to hum those songs again and again at home and I used to wish that if there was a music system or cable network in my house too, then I would also be able to enjoy those songs. I used to be very curious to listen to those songs. Then like this, after some time I used to listen to songs in DVD player and a big speaker was connected, so I used to enjoy songs in it, then after some time I was given a mobile phone in which I used to enjoy songs. The situation at that time was such that I was solving the questions of the match and songs would be playing simultaneously, apart from this if I was doing any work then the songs would keep playing and that work would also keep getting done simultaneously. Although the same thing happens even today, whenever I do any work of the house, first of all I play songs on the speaker or headphone and after that I keep on doing that work, due to this I feel like doing that work and I do not even realise the time.

Songs are like a companion for me and when I am sad, I listen to some songs which lighten my mood and if I am happy then to enjoy it I listen to some hi-fi music which can help in enjoying more and if I have to party with friends then we use to play songs there also and enjoy. Actually if you look at it, any party is dull without songs because a person dances freely and dance will happen only when good songs are played in which one can dance freely.
There is a singer in the Indian music industry, Yo Yo Honey Singh. I used to listen to his songs a lot since my school days and his songs were very famous at that time and his songs were always in trending. In the year 2011, one of his songs came out, Blue Eyes. This song became a huge hit and was in a lot of trending at that time. This is one such song that I can never get bored of listening to it. Today, when I listen to this song on my phone, I enjoy it in a different way and I remember those old days when we used to get this song from a friend with the help of Bluetooth in a keypad phone and used to play this song on the mobile phone and enjoy it. At some point of time, it did not matter how the speakers were or whether the speakers had Dolby sound or not and how the bass was, it was just that the music of the song should be good, then everything was fine. Allah's songs are good even today, but if we talk about songs, then there used to be something different about them. Even today, when we listen to those old songs, it feels like i have losted in a different world.
