Food should be eating in a way that it will not cause problem for our system. Some food when eating will cause problem for us depending on how we prepare the food. When I saw the topic for the last edition of week 144, I was happy because I did love to talk about something very special to anyone that cares. Noodles is one of the food that I know that everyone takes time to prepare and eat at least once a week. Though for now I am no longer sure of once a week because of the cost of commodity in the market, but at least I know that somehow we still have people who take it because it is called fast food. Now because is called fast food does not mean that we should not take time to prepare it very well. We need to pay attention to what so ever we eat because it goes into our system and it has the ability to harm us if not well prepared.
For this what I will share, I believe that a trial will convince you. I have tried so many things but the day that someone did this in my presence I decided to go try it out and it became the best food for me.
When you see the way some people especially the young ones that don't have time to do anything serious prepare their noodles you will hate to eat it. Some will just soak it inside water and allow it to soak for some minutes and start eating. This is one of the bad ways I know when you talk about making fast food.
With this post I will be teaching us how to prepare noodles in a very special way. I wish I had the idea that I was going to make this post before now I would have make a little video of how to prepare it for us to see. But maybe next time when I get to prepare it again I will take some pictures and also have it recorded for others to enjoy too.
These are the recipe that I use when preparing my noodles 👇
- Noodles

- One cube of Maggie
- 🥕 Carrots
- Spinach
- Two eggs
- A little g/nut oil
- Cabbage
- Green beans
- Beaf
This is going to be a very special meal when prepared. Am already salivating just by given the recipe.
Steps:
Boil the noodles for five minutes, then sieve out the water and keep it aside.
Cook the beaf until it becomes very soft and then slice it.
Slice onion, carrots, spinach, cabbage, pepper 🌶️.
Add the little oil in your clean pot and put it on the already made fire.
Fry the spring onions for one minute, add the green beans, carrots, cabbage, beaf, pepper, and maggi. Allow to steam for three minutes and add your noodles and spinach lastly. Turn for a little while and allow it to steam for another two minutes. This time because of the spinach you don't cover the pot so as to give it the green color that will make it look attractive when you are done. Bring down and start to enjoy your special meal.
