This week I see it as a week that has been dedicated to celebrate our hundred weeks of activities. Having have enough time to engage in most of the prompt which happen to be three times a week has given me the opportunity to learn alot of things in the Blockchain. The constant brain storming is actually worth celebrating.

When one constantly pass through training, it makes you a better person and you will end up having more and better skills. The main reason for training is to better equip you with more weapons from all that you have learn. Saying that I have learnt alot of good things since I started this hiving of a thing is an understatement. I am properly equipped now and I think that I can say to an extent that I know my left from my right now.

Maybe I should start with the achievements in the Blockchain and then move on to mistakes and how I managed with them all.

MY ACHIEVEMENTS
I did like to share one of my major success in the last one year. I tried to inboard someone into the Blockchain and he did joined, but to my greatest surprise he never made any move to make his introductory post. The account was just left there without being attended to. But I was very happy when he started calling me to put him through on how to make his introductory post. His hive name is @johnattahekom and the first post was made just four days ago. After he made the post he kick start and we were all happy.

THE MISTAKE THAT I MADE.
From the very unset I never knew that it was wrong to copy the prompt description and use it as a guide for my post. I have been doing each time I feel like, but some weeks back a very good friend of mine pointed my attention to it and I discovered that it was wrong and stop it.

THE LESSONS LEARNT
A patient dog always eat the fatest bone they say. As I keep growing everyday in the Blockchain I learn almost everyday. I have learnt never to give up even when there is no vote forth coming. You know is discouraging sometimes when you make post, enter other people's posts and make useful comments, vote and reblog if need be and at the end of the day you don't get to be voted. I usually tell myself that that is how business is. Sometimes it will pay and sometimes it will not pay as expected. In all of these I decide to keep pushing and even use it to encourage others that are learning under me. We keep moving forward and never going backward.

In summary, I have learnt that life itself is full of ups and downs. In anyone we see coming our way we keep trusting that we learn any lesson we need to learn and keep moving ahead.

That is one of the mysteries in on-boarding people on hive, sometimes they will take our advice seriously and sometimes they just choose to ignore. You can never really know when they will decide to take their hive account seriously.

At some point we have all made mistakes when it comes to creating post for the weekly featured Contest but the good news is that there is always someone who is willing to correct our mistakes.

Very well dear. I have been corrected again and again, but is all for my own good.
Thanks alot

Mistakes are necessary, but the important thing is learning from your mistakes, that's hat matters.
