Be Proactive to Overcome the Stress Level

Introduction

From the beginning of our journey in this world we have a mixed life, a life that is combination of happiness and stress. Whenever we get the thing that we want that gives us happiness but we have to face different heart shape and stress level during the achievements. The different condition that can put you into the stress these includes our social values a disturbance in our social valuable make our mind into the stress. Our financial issues can also give us stress and bad economy of the country is also a kind of stress for all of us.

Different phase of stress

When we are in our student age we also have a stress of our exams. Whenever a man comes into expecting life is in stress of earning and in the last part of the age a man as a lot of stress that includes family issues. So in every age we have to face the stress so we cannot end this level of stress but we can do the things that will reduce our stress level and also give us relief. Because when you are in stress you are not able to do any work I think so the mental stresses any harmful and has bad impact on our work so first of all we should get mental satisfaction.

Stress due to Country Condition

If we look at our country condition nowadays the dollar price is continuously increasing and with increase in the dollar price these also increase in the price of petrol the and also the other things that we eat daily life for also overpriced. Pakistan is going into almost default condition and as we see that the government changes from months to month and this is not a good condition for our country. There is another stress level that taken place in Pakistan is due to the flood condition. Due to flood almost more than 200 people died in Balochistan.

Pandemic Situation

The stress level that we have to face in the recent past is due to Corona virus which almost destroy the every part of our country people was not able to do work the industry was closed even schools colleges shops everything was closed poor people was unable to survive in this condition. Our government made some good see in and come out from that stress but now would you to the flood condition and bad governors of our government and over price of everything made us into another stress level.

what can overcome our country bad condition

If we think about the stress level of our country as compared to our individual stress level I think so the kop with country stress level is more important than our individual stress level because if the country is established and working in a good way we are also working in a good way and our life I totally dependent on our country condition. So first we should do the things that will reduce the stress level that we are facing due to our bad condition of our country and then we will do the things that will reduce our individual stress level there are the things that we can do to cope up with both these stress levels.

How to overcome Individual stress level

In order to cope up with the stress level that occurs due to our country condition we should do that we should given vote to those people who are sincere with our country. We should believe in The Identity of our country to which it was created. We should work together in order to improve our country economy. We should do the things that will improve our value of currency when the value of currency is improved than the financial condition for our country is also improved. The people who knows about the economy about the business they should give their percentage to the development of country.

When I am stress I am talking about the individual stress in the stress that takes place due to my own activities all their related to my personal life I first of all I believe in Allah Almighty that Allah will do good things for me. Second thing has been know that books are our best friends so I love to read books and also when I am stress I walk in a long road so that I can think about the solution of the problems. When you are interest try to connect to your family and friends so that they will give you good suggestion to overcome your stress. You all must attention to the nutrition that you will take because if you are not taking good food then it will also give you stress.

When I am in stress I always try to be active go for physical exercise and also said daily training schedule and also build good habits. We can also learn and practice mental relaxation with the help of yoga and meditation. One thing you would do before entering into the stress level I think you should change your attitude be a realistic and you should overcome your negative thinking and avoid being hard on yourself it will also reduce your stress level. And also consult with your psychologist which will help you to deal with your stress level.

Stress is one thing that we can't take off ourselves even if we try it keeps coming back, it's just part of life, but we can learn to control it thou that's the only diffinantely can't be cured
