Hello and welcome to all of you. Today I am here to explain another topic that is about that if we are given a chance to treat one disease what would be that disease whose treatment we want to do. If we take a look to the words there are almost more than 10000 disease that are present in the word and these are I think so little number there are more than 10000 disease that are in the word and people are suffering from that. So as a nation as a person or as a doctor it should be our priority to find the statement of the disease according to our best knowledge so that we can do something good for the people.

Before talking about the treatment of a specific disease I would like to give some introduction about what is disease. Disease we can say that actually fight between the white blood cells and the pathogens. Here the two results can be occur in first case if the pathogen s and the pathogen died and white blood cells comes on the surface of skin in the form of pus. In other words disease is actually disorder in the natural phenomena homeostasis structure and function of the body that result in the specific symptoms in the body that may be in the form of a physical injury or pain in the body.
Difference between Treatment and Cure |

Here one thing should be understand there is a difference between the cure and the treatment. Look at the cure it means that when we cure some disease in a person then the person will no longer have the symptom of that is what will be completely eliminate from the person. But the other disease in which we do some medical treatment but they occur after sometime again and again in different shapes so the thing that we do here that is called as treatment so there is certain difference between the cure and the treatment cure completely eliminate the disease but treatment did not complete eliminate the disease.

As an human being we must do our effort eliminate the disease and cure for the disease that are present in the word. The different disease that Tor causing more and more death of the people for the people look to the cancer there are almost 16% of the death everyday takes place due to the cancer. Sudhir aur main Nahin Ada disease that are posing lot of problem for humans such that AIDS, hepatitis diabetes heart patients and many other diseases due to which the population of a human keeps on decreasing day by day and people are also suffering from different disease and their healthy life period is decreasing.

If I am given a chance to cure 1 disease then I will definitely go for cure the diabetes mellitus disease. Diabetes mellitus actually it is a disease in which our sugar level is greatly affected or another words it affect the uses of glucose by the body. There is actually two types of diabetes mellitus that is called as type one and type 2 disease. In a type 2 the amount of insulin produced in the body is not enough that control the amount of glucose that is produced. Actually insulin is inverse to the glucose when there is excess amount of glucose is produced than insulin produced that control the production of the glucose. Excess of glucose level in our body will cause to increase the sugar level and then it will cause the diabetes mellitus.

While in type 1 diabetes mellitus there is no insulin is produced in the body so the basic difference between these two typeses in type 1 there is no insulin is produced but in type 2 the insulin that is produced is not utilise or very low insulin is produce that cannot control the production of the glucose. If we take a look from 2000 to 2020 there is a sudden increase in the death due to the diabetes mellitus almost 5% increase in the death in the year 2016 2020 there is 1.5 million death per air call due to the diabetes mellitus and that's huge number.

If you take a look towards a different symptoms of this disease that will includes increase in urination there is also aware loss and increase in the trust. A person also feel extreme fatig and blurry vision and there is also increase in hunger. There is no proper cure for the diabetes mellitus there is only a timely treatment that is given to the patient but this cannot be completely cure. In this case patient is given the injection or pills of insulin that he has to intake in order to maintain the glucose level but its not a permanent cure.

Actually in diabetes mellitus disease the beta cell that are present in the pancreas which produce the insulin are destroyed by the mun system so it means that when these beta cells are complete destroyed we cannot make the insulin so when the insulin is not form then the glucose level cannot be maintained and our glucose level in the body will increase. Studio to large number of death and paper also free from diabetes mellitus I will go for the cure for this disease to add my contribution towards the progress and the prosperity of country and the people.

Scientist in different part of the word or also trying to develop the phenomena of cure for the diabetes mellitus with the help of phenomena that is known as remission. The scientist believe that with the help of this phenomena we can control the diabetes mellitus 2 in this case people having diabetes mellitus did not show any sign all though they still have the diabetes blood is but it is only in rare so if this happen then secure for diabetes blood is to available to some extent but there is also need to be more research not to complete control of the diabetes latest and to cure the diabetes.
