It is not just about Indonesia but about everywhere else that negativity is easily spread accross via social media. One has to be very cautious about the intake from internet sources.

The internet does not have dark side however but many bright sides too as you mentioned. Communication has become faster and easier. The activities that took months now can easily be done in minutes.
