Home is a beautiful place and has the most distinct impression for us to return home. Places, precious moments that we have experienced in our hometown make historical places in life.
Have you ever felt far from your homeland? So you feel you have to return to your hometown. As someone who was born in a village, every year I definitely get the opportunity to return to my hometown. This moment became a very touching moment for me personally and I'm sure this is the thing most people in this world have been waiting for, who live far from the village. The thing that makes me miss my hometown the most is family and also the simple house and special food in the small town of my hometown. There are so many things that can sometimes make it hard to leave your hometown, especially leaving your family and loved ones there.
I was born in a small town, namely in the village of Mibo, Aceh Besar. The village where I was born is the most densely populated area because it is the province of Aceh. I am a person who lives overseas looking for work out of town, which makes me have to be far away from my parents and siblings. They are special people who are in my heart, therefore when I return home I feel very happy to be reunited with them. Usually I travel back to my village 2 to 3 times a year. It was very short, but I used this moment for many things in my hometown.
The moment of returning to my hometown is a very beautiful moment in my opinion, how come this moment is a rare thing. Besides that, I took advantage of this moment to rest because of the fatigue from the previous job. The interesting thing about coming back to my village is when my mother cooks my favorite food, which is one that is unique to my area. I like Indonesian specialties, namely beef rendang, I really like it when my mother cooks it. Because in my opinion, your food can beat the world's chef's food, your food is very delicious and unbeatable by anything out there. Mother always gives the best, not only food, when I come home she always prepares some of my needs, which may be unexpected beforehand. If I'm usually at work I don't take care of myself, but if I go back to my hometown I always get the best service from my mother. But it's not only from the mother, but it's all from all family members at home.
Apart from my parents' hometown, I also have one more place to return to, namely the land of Gayo or often referred to as the cold city of Takengon, Central Aceh. The place is my parents' hometown to be more precise, because my grandmother lives there. I rarely visit this place, usually I visit it once in 2 years. The distance is not far, but exploring the place requires a long vacation, because the place is beautiful, so it really makes you feel at home when you go there. Takengon, is my mother's hometown, so returning to my mother's hometown is something we must do, after all, my grandmother and other relatives are still there and there are many people there, so visiting there is a very touching thing too.
In my opinion, wherever you are from, even if you are abroad now, your hometown is a place to return to. There's nothing more beautiful when the holidays don't go back to hometown, because meeting and cuddling with family is the best moment in life. So if you stay away from your family and maybe haven't been home for a long time, soften your heart, remember the best moments with your family, because I'm sure they always miss you and are definitely waiting for your moment to come home.
