Hello Ladies and gentlemen of this community, can't believe the year is almost coming to an end, wow, that is really fast.

From the title, I guess you already have a glimpse of what I will bevtalking about. Yes! Computers. As good and efficient they have made our work, days, businesses e.t.c. they also have their harms they cause to the users.
Its only when desktops are involved that we will be talking about computers, no, our phones are also computers which I am sure is the largest type of computer we use.

It can really be fun being on your phone all day researching, entertaining yourself and all but guess what, the radiations from these computers are bad for our health.

Let us make myself an example, when I am on my phone more than usual, my eyes aches. At first I thought it was due to the brightness of my screen. I reduced it to the minimum, thinking, oh yes! bye bye eyes ache, only to find out the eyes ache still persist. Some other times, it will be headache and sometimes it could be fatigue. I will just be tired without even having a stressful day.

Days I experience these signs are days I spent over 4 hours straight on my phone. This could be because I was enjoying a movie series, especially romantic comedies, I don't know how to stop and I do not even want to stop because they are my favorite.
It has been excessive, and there is a popular rule I like to go by, which is doing everything in moderation. Even if one drinks water too much, it will have its side effect on one, therefore, moderation is key.

How do we navigate the murky waters of the stress that comes with computer usage, below are my tips

  • Take a break from your devices. Let your eyes rest from staring at the screen for so long
  • Drink enough water. Water has a way energizing the body, so take alot of water.
  • Wear anti-radiation glasses. This will reduce the extent at which the radiation gets into the eyes.

These tips have helped me several times to manage the stresses of working on my computers.
Thank you for reading.

Taking a break comes through for one no matter how short the break might be.
