Hello Hive Learners Community! Welcome to my blog. Human is a social animal. He has to live on this environment by making a peaceful environment with other animals. He can't live alone on this planet. Hence he needs time to gaze nature's beauty, he needs time for interaction with other animals and he needs time for chitchat with his fellow beings. Modern Technology has invented many electronic gadgets that has left strong impact in the human history. On the basis of their usages, they have proved blessings for some people and bone for many people. Actually the excess of anything is toxic. Similarly the excessive use of these electronic gadgets brings toxicity in our society. For example the excessive usage of mobile phones has made cracks and flaws in family relationships. No one has a time to sit together and discuss family matters. If any two or three people make any family gathering then two out of three people have been more interested in using mobile phones as compared to making any participation in family discussion. It's worst outcome is high increase in number of stress patients and suicide cases because no one was ready to share their depression.
No Blame for Smartphones
Human has invented many things for his facility. Mobile phones are our good technology companion. Due to their courtesy, we are able to entertain ourselves and we are able to make fast communication throughout the world. I'm thankful to these gadgets because they are not only my source of recreation but also source of my income.
If these gadgets were not available then unfortunately I will be on the road like labourers. There is no blame for these gadgets because this is our approach in their implications that is toxic. Yes, we have converted mobile phones from a blessed invention into a toxic one. We have to understand what harm we are doing by making mobile phones our addiction. The excess of everything is bad. We have to make their limited usage. The physical interaction has more charms than a virtual one. When we sit together then we learn more fastly about our rites, culture and people. Hence when we have family gathering then other things like usage of mobile phones should be avoided. We need to change our approach and behaviour towards this modern invention.
I respect family events especially family gathering. My relatives are in abroad for earning some bucks to feed their families. Whenever they visited Pakistan, we all family members held a big family celebration. On these events, we respect and emphasize on chitchat, discussion and interaction in family. Everyone knows the importance of these events hence they don't waste their time in using mobile phones. On these events, we can't ban using mobile phones because if any family emergency happened then we have to face tough situation without mobile phones. Moreover, we had to save these memories into android camera. It is better, we educate and teach our young generation about the harms of excessive usage of mobiles phones instead of banning them and facing any tough situation that can happen without mobile phones.
Conclusion
Every modern invention is blessing from God providing that it's use is justified. Any blind usage resulted into many unbearable conditions. I'm glad to have my mobile phone that is not only source of my communication with other world but also my source of livelihood. If I'm getting it's addiction then I have to blame myself instead of my smartphone. Similarly on family events like Wedding, get-together and birthday celebrations, we should make careful mobile usage. The complete ban on mobile usage in these events will be unfair. Hence, I shall like to teach my young siblings about the harms that resulted by excessive mobile usage.
