I use to love watching movies before but I started loosing interest resentely because of time. I don't get enough time during the day anymore and I'm usually very tired at night. All I want to do is sleep after my busy schedule during the day and finding time for Hive.
Last week, I was in a very good mood and waiting for my husband to return when I decided to keep myself busy with a movie. I searched my gallery and found different movies that has just been there. I decided go with something simple no action so, I picked
A bullet for you it's a Nollywood movie produced by Ruth Kadiri. The movie made me smile, cry, laugh and angry.
The movie is about a young, handsome, intelligent undergraduate guy running a multi million Dollar company with his grandfather. And his young, beautiful and intelligent lecturer.
He has feelings for his lecturer but she was way out of his league. She was his lecturer and she was quite older than him. He knew there was no way to ask her out so he went online. He asked her out and they started dating. He didn't use his real picture. And pretending to be in The united States. She fell for him and they were in love.
The guy loved her so much and being a very smart and intelligent guy that he is,he never gave an impression that he was younger, rather he acts mature and usually gives her financial advice.
He kept running the family business with his grandfather and with his intelligence saved the company from a terrible misfortune.
His grandfather was his best friend and he warned him about his relationship with the lecturer but he explained how much he loves and want to be with her.
He kept showering her with gifts and even bought her a very expensive car and she still didn't know that she was in love with her student. They were so much in love that they couldn't do without talking to each other. They talk about their day and every other thing.
One day, he sent her an engagement ring Worth forty thousand dollars and when she received it, he proposed to her on phone. She was speechless. She accepted and they started planning their wedding.
He promised to return before the engagement but on the day, he told her he missed his flight ✈️ while he begged his grandfather to represent him in the event. His grandfather reluctantly agreed and went to pay the bride price of the lecturer.
They brought the bride home and he was at the door to welcome them.
When she asked him what he was doing here, he replied "I live here, welcome home". She was confused! He explained that he was her husband and she gave him a resounding slap on his face. She was so angry and she cried. She wouldn't talk to him and she couldn't get over him. She asked her parents to return the bride price but he refused to accept it begging his inlaws that they would resolve it.
He tried all he could and didn't relent. She also tried to avoid him but she misses him a lot. All she was considering was the fact that he was younger and her career was in line. She said "I can't marry you, you are my student!"
Both of them were miserable for months with sleepless nights and she fell sick but the guy didn't let go. He cared for her as if his life depended on it. Thanks to the lady's friend who kept encouraging her that she shouldn't think about what people would say but rather, follow her love.
After seeing this movie, I had to ask some of my friends and colleagues what they would do if they find themselves in such situation as the young Lecturer.
Please, let me know what your decision would be as a lady and what you would have done differently as a guy.
