I hit the gym in 2024 to burn my belly fat. Still, whenever I return from the gym in the morning, sweet delicacy is always awaiting me, courtesy of my fiancee cos she likes cooking, there is always a remnant left in the pot and I make sure to finish it all before lunch and the same with the dinner, so rather than lose weight, I was adding more, literally the gym session ain't working for losing weight, I check my body weight occasionally and it only goes up, the last time I checked I weighed 85kg.
I am a fan of TikTok, I watch a lot of videos daily and that was where I came across videos of exercise and weight loss, It was there I also learned that going to the gym without a diet plan is a waste of time, lowering the consumption of carbs is also essential to get the desired result, not necessary to do intermittent fasting, we just need to make sure we consume food rich in calories less... For example, eating 2 to 3 slices of bread is good but eating a loaf or half loaf is bad, rice is fine but consuming too much isn't, I did more research and realized beans and other food made with beans are what I should be eating more, e.g Moimoi...
My favorite food which is fried plantain also needs to be avoided, not just plantain, other fried foods too must be removed or reduced to the minimum to achieve my goals....

I could not achieve my aim last year cos I got to know about it late and also cos it is the festive season and I had guests, I was not able to take the diet part seriously but now that everyone is back to their home, I can achieve it but first I need to learn self control cos I am a foodie and once my babe cook, I always want to eat but hopefully this year would be different.
I will hit the gym at least 3 times in a week, have a diet plan, and also do cardio late in the night before I hit the bed.
With this in plan, I will look forward to the changes that will happen because this is the right to solve the belly fat, when it becomes bigger, it will be harder to lose weight.
Apart from losing weight, I also want to increase my holdings this year before Alt season, I believe I can do it even though the apartment I want to rent and other bills I have to pay will slow me down a bit, It is achievable and I will try my possible best to make that happen!.
